The media could not be loaded.  This light is excellent as a light, but the motion sensor has issues. It doesn't always recognize motion, so when coming down a few stairs to get into my garage, often it didn't turn on til I got to the floor...but many times did. So its not positioning. Second and even more frustrating is it only stays on for about 20 secs, so if I stop to read something or look for something on a shelf, it turns off. They say they "plan" to have an upgrade, but have not heard of anything being developed. There should be a threshold for turning off that could be dialed in or something. I have their light only version for my basement and it works great. I wouldn't recommend the sensor version. I wish I could return, but apparently are out of the return window....if the company would, that would be greatly appreciated.

The lights are very bright and very easy to install. However, the motion detection does not work. It did not work for the first one and neither for the replacement. But I suspect that the issue is not completely with the product, it might have something to do with nearby interference. Since the motion detection on this product is based on radar/radio wave (not infrared), it can be interfered by other radio wave sources. For example, our wireless garage door opener would not work unless a signal amplifier is added to overcome the interference. I wish the product allows one to change its frequency to avoid such interference. Overall, even without the motion detection working, I still think it is a good product.

When first setup, with the motion sensor active, it went on but never turned off. So I turned the sensor off and it was normally controlled by the switch. Turned the sensor on and again it turned on but never went off. Went through this cycle a 3rd time and it works once and then goes back to staying on once trigger.As the current temperature is 2 degrees F, perhaps that has something to do with it. Though the other motion sensor bulbs don't have this problem, 4 different brands purchased on Amazon.As it is very bright and I have a location where it will be controlled by a wall switch, I'll just turn off the sensor and use it in that other location. Too bad.

This is a great light and just as advertised. The motion detection is flawless and quick to turn on the light. Sometimes it is too quick to turn off as it shuts off on me while I'm standing 5' away at my workbench. Until someone manufacturers a similar style with a motion-sensitivity setting, I'll gladly live with it. It could be improved if it had a timer off delay and a dimmer slider to adjust the brightness.

This light is VERY BRIGHT that is as easy to install as a standard bulb - and only requires the standard cheap socket you find in many garage ceilings. The panels are adjustable to put light where it is really needed. The only reason this does not get a 5 star review is the motion sensor sometimes does not turn off the light and at times lags turning on. Despite this I would still RECOMMEND this product!

Two things keep this from 5 star. Need to have a time selector to choose between a shorter and longer time on. Also, replace the toggle that lets you just have it on all the time with a pull string. Then I wouldn’t have to use a step ladder to change it when I’m working in the garage. All that said I still like them. Very bright.

Hung in basement on a pull chain fixture the kids always left on. I use the motion detector as a defacto occupancy sensor and it works well. Cats may think so but the are cats. Super bright. I am ready to buy several more for garage and other utility spaces.

I bought two of these motion lights . One of them the motion sensor didn't work . I removed the GRG sticker on the bottom Covering the sensor and now they both work great.
