When I contacted the seller because the original battery would not charge they were very helpful. Replacement battery arrived within a few days. Working well so far.

Failed within two months
I bought this on the 24th of may 2019 and it lasted till the july when it now fails to charge. Worked great till then. Tried charging it on another working charger and nothing so replaced battery and dyson works again and charges on current charger. So tried everything but this battery is no good bearly had it for 2 months and can not get through to seller. I will add that the other battery I purchased from them for my mother is still going strong so I must have had a bad one ☹

Only lasted 6 months
Bought this and installed battery January 4th 2023 by June 2023 it only lasted for 4 mins now in July it is only lasting for 2mins if that! Not happy would not recommend or buy again
