Alto Professional TS212W | 2-Way Powered Loudspeaker with Bluetooth (1100 W, 12 inch)

I received two speakers but when I opened one of them, the power cable PIN damaged and is totally bent. It looks like a manufacturing defect. See the attached photos. I tried to straighten it, but it is too firm. It won't move. It can't be moved. I thought I'll get the power cable from the market but it is not easy to get this nor online. Will they replace this? Why the seller didn't check it before sending us. This is very disappointing.
