Awesome movie....for mostly fans
This is the movie I wanted to see ever since it was announced! Initially, I thought this movie was going to be more towards for the kids, but boy, I was wrong. For you parents whom are thinking to buy this for your children, I would re-consider because of couples things; one, this movie has violence, two it has blood, and three, it literally has killing. Not to mention few curses here and there. This movie is definitely for the fans who read the crossover comic book series since this movie is based on the comic books, with some differences here and there from what I heard (I did not read the comic book).Enough said, here is my real review; I think the dialogue is great. Maybe not the perfect one, but I really like Michelangelo's voice and his dialogue throughout the movie. The fight scene is really great, especially Batman fighting against a certain villain from the TMNT series. You would know if you saw the trailer for this movie. The plot is cheesy despite the violence and blood that it shows, but overall, it is a really great movie for both fan of Batman and TMNT.

Fantastic for 80s / 90s kids, perhaps a bit mature for the little ones
Nostalgia bait, but dang tasty bait at that. Batman vs Shredder? I mean, who'd turn that down? Excellent animation, cool story, lots of characters, and to top it off it has fantastic fight scenes. +10 for those of us who grew up watching TMNT and Batman cartoons after school. The voice acting is also superb. There are some more mature elements that may make parents of young children shy away: some blood, a broken arm, but it's not gratuitous. Overall, 5/5 for me.

Epic team up! Fantastic animation that brings two separate worlds of heroes together. Great for fans of either heroes.

Parents be cautioned
Needing to prescreen this for a young teen’s birthday gathering, I read the commonsensemedia review of this as well as others and bought with some hesitation because of reviews saying the movie oscillates between kid directed and at a times a hard PG13.Those reviews were right. There are overly bloody moments that easily could have been toned down for the audience. Ultimately I decided not to show it to the kids. This wasn’t the only reason. It was so sad and pathetic to have a throwaway pandering scene early in the movie (pizza restaurant) where the sexual orientation of two “extras” is inserted. These “blink and you miss it scenes” are a pointless cash grab by corporate Hollywood to say they checked someone’s box about representation when in fact they hardly represented anything other than to trigger a conversation or unspoken confusion in 1/10 kids who happen to catch the contradiction to how they understand the world. Those moments are inevitable, certainly, for all kids but do they really need to start in Batman versus the Ninja Turtles of all things ?Shame on Warner Entertainment for dropping these subversive Easter Eggs in their content. It was probably the same writer who put Lois and Clark’s cohabitation front and center of Superpets last year. SHAME.
