I purchased this with a hope that it would help reduce frown lines and small lines on my forehead.When I started using consistently, I noticed such a difference, and it only took about a week !I use it on the Lifting option every morning after I wash my face, in the morning. I am also starting to use it on my neck and chin to lift it and reduce sagging. If leaves my face looking tighter and brighter for the day and it continues to improve. My frown lines are dramatically and noticeably reduced and my forehead lines are also. I am so impressed with this tool and it is so easy to use. I bought this product for myself for Christmas. I didn't open the box until last night to finally use and 1 of the 2 bottles had been used- the silver seal had been placed back over the product as if it hadn't been opened.I'm outside my return window by about week and don't expect to be compensated. I should have looked when I received it but never made the time. I took for granted that the product would be what I purchased and would use it when needed.
