Have taken this on several overseas trips so far and it works great.

We traveled to Kilimanjaro (Tanzania). I was going to just buy a converter for the UK variant of plug, as that is what they use... But for a very comparable price, I was extremely pleased with this purchase.The design will be useful if we travel elsewhere. It has USB plugs. It's easy to plug in and stays in the wall. The only detractor... There is a small button on the side that you have to press to put the prongs back into the housing. It makes sense to have a button, so the prongs don't just close when you push it into the wall, but it's not SUPER smooth when you are trying to close it. But, it's fine. I just didn't want to paint is as the most flawless experience on the planet.End result though, we bought a second when we came home from our trip so my wife has her own. I'd recommend.

This seems much more sturdy and well built than something similar I bought in one of those generic airport travel shops out of necessity (and paid much more for that one than this one; and this one has double the USB ports). It might not seem like much, but 4 USB ports is going to make life so much easier, between myself and my partner's phones, camera, and battery packs, it was a constant balance of who gets to charge when. Now this has my entire needs covered all in one package.Entirely unexpected that it comes with an extra fuse that is user serviceable. Definitely makes me feel assured to the safety and comfort that I wouldn't be stuck abroad trying to find a fuse somewhere (I wouldn't even know where to start). Intuitive and well designed. Definitely going to recommend to my world traveling parents [but they can't have mine, I'm keeping this for myself]

I purchased this for a trip to Italy. I must not have read the lower star reviews. I’m sure from what others have written that it works well as an adapter but it is NOT a converter. It does NOT convert 220v to 110v. This means your USA phone will be ruined if you plug it into this adapter without a converter between them

Travelling the farthest from home ever, I was advised to buy an adaptor since other countries have different plug in configurations. This adaptor was inexpensive and worked well at London’s airport and in Kenya. The multiple options for plugging in US appliances, usb as well as a “c” port for iphones was reliable and so helpful!

We like the fact that this is both the plugs we need, 3 normal USB connectors for phones, ipads, headphones, Kindle and external charger, and a USB-C connector (Apple Watch charger). It's very easy to use (once you realize there is a button on one side to release the selected plug to return it to its original position), is very stable in our outlets (at least at home), and compact for travel. The fact that its all-in-one means we don't have to bring various plugs plus we can leave our 4-plex USB chargers at home.
