I have several items around the house that have those annoying store stickers on them that won't come off without leaving an adhesive mess behind. I have always heard that Windex works but I haven't had any luck with that. Thankfully this is the first adhesive removing product I tried and it is amazing! It also came with a scraping tool that is very handy and efficient. I have already removed over 20 stickers from various items and most came off very easily. A couple of items required a little extra time and effort but none of them took more than a few minutes. I wet a cotton ball with the liquid from the bottle and rub it all over the sticker and adhesive area for about 30 seconds and then I use the included scraper and start in a corner and start scraping. Most stickers have came off quickly in 1 piece and left no mess others required a 2nd application for the adhesive. Neither the product or the scraper caused any damage to any of the items or paint and they all look so much cleaner and better without the tacky store stickers. It has a strong smell, but it is a clean smell and is not bad, but it does go away easily after rinsing the item with warm water and soap. After removing over 20 stickers my bottle is still practically full so it is a great value for the price! I highly recommend Goo Gone!

Love this stuff! It gets paint smears off, and works great for stickers that are stuck on books and laminate items! I let is sit for a minute and the stickers came right off! Perfect. Just make sure it doesn’t run into the pages of your book.

I am giving 5 stars for this goo-removing product! The bottle comes with a nicely designed spatula to assist the thick spots. It really works on hardened glue. I tried it on the laminate planks that had unremovable glue from the double-sided Velcro holding the ends of the carpet. The thin spots were taken care of in a couple of minutes ( see the images); the thick spots having the goo glued to the tape took more time to be dissolved and a spatula to pick up the mess, but worked as well! Highly recommend this product!

Actually works! I had some residue from duct tape on wooden floors that were original from the 1930's. Someone had used duct tape to keep the edges of a carpet down. I have no idea how long ago that was done. I put some of this on some of the tape residue in an inconspicuous area and left it for about half an hour. When I used the plastic tool that was sent with the product it came up completely and very easily. I proceeded to get the same results on areas around the room. The smell isn't prominent or distasteful. I mopped the floor and you can't even tell where those places were. The oily residue came up completely. Impressive!

After trying everything I could think of to get the glue residue off my new stainless steel garbage can, I was out of options. All of my foolproof things that I have successfully used before didn't budge the sticky mess. I went on online and read the reviews and thought Oh well. Let's try it. It works wonders. Very little scrubbing. It came off entirely! Unbelievable!

Used it to take factory decals off new truck (the FX4 decal and dealer name). Also removed a metal decal I had installed unevenly. It's not a miracle wipe; just follow the instructions, be patient, and you will be happy. Might need to soak it a few times but it works well and does not hurt the vehicle finish.

I picked up the Goo Gone Original Liquid 8oz hoping it would work its magic on a stubborn velcro strip with melted sticky backing on my dashboard. While the goo-gone magic worked wonders on smaller, less stubborn messes, it didn’t quite do the job on the velcro disaster. I tried everything—soaked, rubbed, and wiped—but the melted adhesive just wasn’t budging.That said, it’s still amazing for getting rid of regular sticky messes, labels, and residue from things like tape and stickers. It smells decent too, unlike some other chemical cleaners that make you feel like you're cleaning with a toxic waste spill. But, if you’ve got a melted mess on your hands, maybe keep looking.
