The only part of this hype that works for me is "matches your skin color". I used this on half my face and old liquid foundation on the other. It did NOT conceal better and there was no "glow".

I first encountered one of these at a kitchen store demonstration and bought one immediately; I bought this one as a gift shortly after because I love it so much. It uses only 2 tablespoons of the wood shavings to effectively penetrate whatever you're smoking-pork tenderloin, shrimp, ribs, fish-the possibilities are vast, and there is a recipe book in there that has some good ideas too. I've also used it just as a roasting pan. One quirk is the top *may* not fit snugly at first, but there is a trick in the book to get a good seal on it; after that, you genuinely can smoke on the stovetop without it permeating through the house. You can also just use foil instead of the lid, especially if you're smoking something like a whole chicken. This method will cook whatever meats you are smoking, but there won't be the nice browning you get with grilling, so the drawback is that this becomes a two step process. But what it lacks in convenience, it makes up for in time saved.

We have used it three times and have been pleasantly surprised with the results. I just wish I had known that I was purchasing a mini smoker and that there was a large size. We thought it was such an ingenious kitchen toy that we bought two additional ones for Xmas presents.
