This coon tail cap is exactly what I was looking for. It fits my 10 year old son perfectly; not too snug. The cap is the perfect depth; not too shallow. The faux fur is nice and fluffy. Good quality. It is soft and looks real. Great product. Shipped quickly and on time.

It's a nice hat and very realistic. I was hoping it would cover my 10 year old's son's ears too but it just sits on top of his head so it's not the warmest for a cold winter day.

I have a nice coonskin cap from Disneyland. It's big and full and looks great. This one is thin and small and not at all what I expected. I was disappointed and could not use the cap for the purpose intended.

I purchased the hat for a theatre piece. Was worried about the size from other reviews, but in reality it was a perfect fit!The tail needs a little fluffing after being flat in the package, but that's purely cosmetic and an easy fix.

This is a great value for the price! Many people liked my hat at work and on H'ween and I learned faux fur is much cooler than real fur - important in warm Honolulu! The product is mailed compact, so brush up - the fur for best appearance befor wearing. Let me say that the customer service at The Nekid Cow is one of the best I've had on Amazon!, Though Faux Fur will never look like real fur , this hat was a great value - something to consider when buying other (pricey) accessories needed for Moonrise Kingdom cosplay!I would definitely buy other items for sale at The Nekid Cow shop - they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy! The one thing I disliked was the tail of the cap. It was too thin and it steals from the look.
