Started sticking and turned black and cannot be removed.

I'm using this on an induction stove and the pans are too lightweight for the stove to recognize them. You need to have the food in the pan before the stove will light

Used the pan and the eggs did not slide off the pan everything got stuck

I own a few pieces of Copper Chef and Red Copper brand cookware and I can tell you, this set is just as nice for 40% less! Food slides right off, cleaning is as easy as warm water and a sponge; dry it off and put it away. Mine was packeged very securely, everything was perfect out of the box, used them the same day. After using the other copper cookware I’ve owner for over a year, it was time to replace my entire set and this is the one I went with because of the savings vs Copper Chef brand. Other reviewers talk about the non-stick going away over time; they are cleaning them incorrectly with harsh soaps, abrasives, or putting them in the dishwasher. Just warm water and a sponge is all you need.Yes these have legitimate induction bases that are double layered with steel, and also work good on gas (what I have) or even in the oven.

So far, this cookware is the best cookware I've ever come across. It has amazing even heating throughout the pan even to the edges. Extremely easy to clean up. I hope it holds up for many years and many meals. Right now. I love it!!

I cleaned these and accidentally leaned a plastic spatula on the hot pan. The spatula burned into the pan leaving a church of black goo over the edge. I wasn't very disappointed in myself. I placed the pan back on the eye of the stove, heated it up and "presto!" i flicked the black goo right off the pan like it was nothing! good as new! If burned plastic can flick off that easy, the pans are as stated! buy with confidence!

I bought an induction unit and needed special pans that would work on it while our kitchen was remodeled for 4 weeks. We lived in the basement and I cooked everything with these pans. They are hand wash only which used to be a problem but they are so easy to clean up, my nail polish isn't beaten up. Now that the kitchen upstairs is done, I use them all the time. Perfect for eggs of any kind, they just slide out.

Love love love my cookware set! The color is gorgeous; I've always been a fan of the copper pans and was really excited when I found a reasonably priced set with more than just the usual three pieces. This is my first official cooking set and I'm glad I didn't have to shell out hundreds of dollars to get same quality pieces. Food very rarely sticks (unless the boyfriend is cook) and cleans very nicely. Hasn't chipped yet either
