I’ve been taking YouVeda’s My Healthy Body for 3 months now and I really love these supplements. No weird aftertaste and the package contains convenient single servings that I can carry with me anytime. I don’t eat breakfast before work so the individual packets make it easy for me to throw in my pocket and take with my first meal on the go. I also travel a lot so I especially love that I can easily bring all of my daily supplements on trips without having to pack them individually in a large pill organizer. YouVeda has replaced several individual daily supplements that I usually would have to take to get everything available in one product. Most important to me, however, I know the ingredients are quality because they are in their most bioavailable form. For example, many companies list a host of ingredients but offer them in cheaper, less absorbable forms – like offering B12 as cyanocobalamin and not the more bioavailable Methylcobalamin. Overall, the product offers quality that I trust in a convenient packaging. Definitely recommend!

It’s been a couple weeks since I’ve received my youveda kit. I’ve always been the type to spend tons of money on supplements but never take them. This company makes it so easy for me personally to take everything I need at once without having to remember the proper procedure of taking supplements. Most importantly, the kit I bought is working for me. I am noticing a drastic increase in energy levels at times of day where I would normally be crashing. It also helps that youveda has created different kits to pinpoint your specific needs. From opening the package until now, great experience! Would highly recommend!

I have used YouVeda for multiple months, but have been sent to wrong product the last three times I’ve ordered. I’m tired of sending this back, and being without my supplement.Please remedy this problem folks.

This product wows from the moment you receive it. It comes boxed beautifully, with a nice visual and olfactory appeal. The box is nice and comes with some nice potpourri that adds such a wonderful smell to the box. Inside is the box of vitamins that had a nice easy open perforation, so that you can easily take out each daily pouch. Each of the 30 pouches includes 7 vitamins that are easy to swallow. Then they add a great app! The app is full of tips to get you on the track to a healthier lifestyle. It even includes yoga, meditation, and so much to help both the body and mental health! Honestly during the 30 days I felt a lightness to my stress levels, a level of calm and an overall feeling that my body was just functioning better.

Update: Well it has been thirty days and I have to tell you that this is a must buy product. The supplements gave me energy and remarkably decreased my appetite. This is not to say that everyone will feel the same as we all have different body types and metabolisms but for me it worked perfectly. No bad aftertaste or other symptoms to be alarmed about. I loved having the supplements pre-packaged as I could easily take them with me to take to work or when I am out and about. You must remember as with any pills or supplements you take, you must take them after you eat as to not upset an empty stomach. YouVeda is a company to look for and I highly recommend their products. I am now a lifer and will continue to take supplements from this company. Bravo for a well made product and for the care you give your customers. I did want to tell you that so far I absolutely love the packaging. Item comes in a beautifully designed box and in addition to the supplements there was a nice surprise inside, a satchel which contained a mixture of aromatherapy. I personally loved this and just adore the scent. After carefully reviewing the instructions to sign up and download the app, I found that your facebook account must be attached. I did find an alternative method n my desktop and not my mobile where the site can be viewed. The website has well written and informative blog giving you information from various topics such as, "The secret to good health is a healthy gut" and "How to transform your body through gratitude". I found these blogs to be a nice addition to their website. There is also items with recipes, meditation and more health articles, To view click on top where it says "knowledge".I did call customer service to discuss how I can obtain the app without utilizing facebook and they explained that they were in the process of changing the log in so you can just use your e-mail. This should be done by May. I found them to be very kind and opened to any suggestions regarding the app.This morning I took my first supplement packet with food as directed. I found no aftertaste and my stomach feels just fine. Now, I signed up and am awaiting an email to confirm my email but I guess being Sunday, they aren't sending out emails. I will finish registering tomorrow.
