When I ordered this I had trepedations that it would look like a cheap plastic product. It does not. We have really enjoyed its unusual more contemporary look and its rugged construction. But the best part is that it is a great value for the lamp that you get. It puts out a nice soft light in all directions. Very easy to install as well.

Exactly as advertised. Easy install, good light output from provided bulb, and they look nice as well. I'm thinking of picking up one or two extras as I have these along a stairway and three kids that are not the most careful. I would not be surprised if one of the light covers gets broken at some point but that is not fault of the light. They clearly state they are ceramic so that is a risk I choose to take. For the price it seems well worth it.

Hello Friends, so far this wall sconce has been excellent. I use it as a hall night light when away from home. Easy to install, nicely designed and wired, very low power draw, etc. I left it in its natural white unpainted state. My only caution would be to treat it very gently during installation and use, as it is made of plaster and thus not a "physically tough" object. It will break easily if roughly handled. Enjoy!

They look good and give off great light. My only complaint is the material it is made of. Some kind of plaster? It cracks easily. We ordered 4 and one was broken upon receipt. They exchanged it right away, but could see the material is a bit delicate. Be careful when installing.

Had this for four years now. Very attractive sconce. Love that it used G9 bulbs so I was able to tune the light to the brightness and color I wanted by changing the bulb.Quite fragile, I actually broke it overtightening it when putting it back on after painting the wall. Fixed with epoxy and its fine, but one needs to be careful. In normal use its quite strong.Wish there were more options similar to this.

Arrived in a very thin cardboard box. There was styrofoam packaging inside, but the sconce was smashed to bits. The plaster is very fragile and there was no repairing it as some of it was just dust. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother ordering this one.

These sconces are perfect for our hallways, were packaged well, delivered quickly and pretty easy to install into the existing electrical wall boxes. Everything needed to hang them came with the sconce.I’ve also pictured the underside. As a short person I was concerned that passing by the sconce I would see the bulb from below but this is not a problem. The bulb is centered to the fixture. Also, cannot “see” the lamp through the cutouts because of the filter insert.I had 7 to install and came up with a simple way to temporarily hang the fixture in place. As you see: I put a pointy end in the top screw hole to temporarily "hang" the fixture – then screwed in the bottom screw – then screwed in the top screw. (The driver worked since I didn’t have an appropriately sized carpenter nail to use.)
