Almost Great
I am in sales and I use my phone and Bluetooth headset constantly during the day as I travel to see many customers thru-out the day. Like many I have tried just about every Bluetooth out there. Plantronics Voyager, Jabra Supreme, Blue Ant..even high end stuff like etymotics. My best bluetooth devices were always from VXI by FAR!! The famous Blueparrot 250 and I even bought the 350. Still though I drive a car, not a truck, so those were a bit overkill and just not THAT comfortable all day as they are large and heavy well compared to the smaller in ear types of bluetooth headsets. Long story short I was so impressed with my older Blueparrot I had hoped VXI put a blueparrot in a much smaller in ear unit such as the reveal. The good news is seems they mostly succeeded. People I speak to hear me VERY clearly and just like the larger VXIs, seems they have noise cancellation WELL under control, yet my voice is crystal clear to callers I have been told, WAY better than Plantronics, and Jabra. On the receiving end calls sound very clear and SLIGHTLY louder than my Voyager and Jabra Supreme but not night and day louder OR clearer. The bluetooth is nice looking...battery life seems really good and again most importantly for me, sound quality borders on superb. I took one star off because no matter what ear gel I used..even with the supplied ear hook(s) this Reveal feels sort of loose or floppy in my ear. MAY just be I have odd sized ears..:) but had the fit been a little more secure, I'd give this Reveal a SOLID 5 stars. It doesn't actually fall out of my ear but just doesn't feel secure and it bothers me. Could be it may fit you JUST fine and the weight and all makes it feel very comfortable..even though mine feels just a bit too loose. Overall I highly recommend this Bluetooth and just may be your favorite one yet...just hope it fits your ear a bit more snug than it fits my ear..

Honest review
I’ve had this Bluetooth for close to 2 months now. I waited this long because I love my bluetooths but not all of them are good quality. A lot of them claim this or that only to purchase it and it not be all that and a bag of chips.First off what drew me to this was the brand. Hello Blue Parrott! This is the only brand my husband will use. Let’s face it, he drives trucks and this brand is like the king of trucker Bluetooths. His is always clear regardless where he is or what’s going on around him.I love the design and the multiple ear pieces and ear hooks. I also love the compact design. A lot of the high end blue parrots are extremely bulky and that’s just not my flavor. The distance disconnection doesn’t bother because I’m never to far from my phone but even the high end ones are the same way. The sound quality is what sold me on this one.It comes with its own case and charging cord. The description is wrong on charge time. Mine quickly charges within an hour. If it is going dead just 5 minutes on the charger gives it another 20 minutes of talk time. Nonstop music streaming this lasts easily 3 hours and talk time should be longer.Overall the quality is superb for the price! I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would definitely purchase it again. If you keep your phone close and prefer crystal clear sound this is definitely the best choice!

Rugged, and High Quality For The Price.
My car's bluetooth stopped working. This was cheaper than fixing. And it proved usable even when my convertible top was down. I was worried that the wire-looking ear hook would be uncomfortable. Instead, it holds the headset in position. Which is necessary, because the earpiece with a wing to hold it in the ear canal works to keep the headset from falling out, but it does not stop the headset from "drooping." By that I mean that after ten minutes without the ear hook, the boom hung down almost full vertical. If the hook had not been included, or had been as uncomfortable as it appears, this review would have dropped to three stars.I have a personal and a work cell phone. This headset connects to both, tells me it connects for each headset, and will take calls from both. Too many other headsets in this price range will connect to multiple phones, but only one is active, in that it only functions with the last headset to connect, or with the last one that did a phone call. It's got a cheap, plastic feel to it, but it's survived more than one drop from ear height when I tried to rush putting it on.

blue parrot bluetooth not just for truckers
I love this brand BlueParrot. I am a regular insurance sales person who is on the phone a lot. At times I work from home and need to be doing other house stuff while talking to clients. I have tested the BlueParrot C-400 XT which is a lot more expensive than this one while vacuuming and the other person on the call cant hear what Im doing. I also own a 2nd blueparrot bluetooth as a spare model # BT-250 older model and have showered while talking on the phone and no one knows. I wanted to get this cheap model to replace the BT- 250 which goes only over the head and I have curly hair and it gets tangled. I am returning this one since the sound quality and noise cancellation is not good as the other ones I own and mentioned above. I think for the price this would be phenomenal for someone who doesnt care about totally cancelling noise. BlueParrot is the best brand Ive known out of 7 for noise cancellation.

Best yet.
I've had dozens of bluetooth headsets over the years. This has a better mic than most. Battery must be bigger, because it never runs out. On-off slider far superior for bluetooth linkage. Invariably, bluetooth gets confused and this headset is the best at quick off-on cycle for insta-link-up. Better volume than most. And the ear-gel is properly offset to align sound into the ear canal. Most headsets center the speaker hole such that it can never funnel sound into the ear canal, but this gel is better.Designers: Want to make that gel even better? Add a funnel-tip to drop sound right down into the ear canal. Look at Jabra's gels for an example. Regarding the extendable mic, please smooth out the slider. Maybe make retention clicks at either end (extended vs retracted). Not the headset's fault, but if one uses add-on magnetic charging connectors, the port is face-side and the little mag-connector stands-off a little.
