I have done a lot of research on the Shilajit and this product definitely deserves your attention!What is most important to start with, is that some sellers may add TAR to Shilajit to save money, because of the texture and taste nobody will be able to tell the difference.Thankfully this seller provide laboratory certificates to assure this is not the case!I work in food manufacturing and the labs used by this Shilajit seller are the same big food manufacturers use in UK.When I requested certificate, I received response within 2mins and the certificate was delivered within 15mins!Shilajit is presented very nicely in a little box.All research states that Shilajit should be stored in a dark and airtight container, and this one is as you can see on the attached images. It has inner lid that keeps it airtight also.The flavour is very strong and does take getting used to. I didn't try other Shilajit products so cannot compare.There are many ways of taking Shilajit, but what you must be mindful of is that it should be in temperature not higher than 42C, as it will reduce it's effectiveness.Do not use tap water as chlorine that's in the water will also affect it.Do not microwave it either.I dissolve mine in 500ml of warmed up water (up to 42C) and prepare it for a week in advance. Then I keep it in the fridge. I noticed that when it's chilled it tastes a lot better.In terms of effectiveness, it's all relative and there are too many factors that may induce or reduce it's effects.I feel it is helping me with energy levels in a subtle way and it was most noticeable how helpful it is, when me and my partner were coming down with a bug, but managed to wing it within 2-3 days.I already purchased third jar and will continue so at least through the winter .

So this was my first experience with Shilajit. I did some research when I came across this product and after some careful decisions ordered two boxes. I’ve had a pleasant experience overall with the product, the taste which took some time getting used to, shifted towards a yumyum experience. I have been on the product daily for about a month now and this is my conclusions; great. I’ve felt my body working more effective and have developed an urge each morning of having a taste. One minus is that (excuse my language) my poop have started to smell much more like poop :)I’ve read tons of warnings against fake Shilajit, and I firmly believe this is a authentic product. I genuinely didn't realise how potent this Shilajit stuff really is. I feel invigorated daily and all it takes is a tiny little sizing. The smell is strong and it's incredibly sticky and from what I have read, especially online this is how it should be. I’ve tried more expensive brands before, with more solid Shilajit but I think this brand tops it. The detailing of the packaging is ace and the leaflet inside (although I know how to take it) explains the instructions and content. To be honest I don’t even really put on reviews but after feeling supercharged and full of energy I had at least give my feedback. If you're reading this and feeling tired and fatigued, put the pills down and give this a try.

I have tried a few different types of Shilajit and can say that this is one of the most genuine. It passes all the tests you can perform at home and has the right smell and taste. Packaging is smart and my order arrived in a timely manner. Impressed to say the least with the increased energy I have got.

I have been using Altus Vitality Shilajit for a few weeks and have found it to be first class. Taking it with water first thing in the morning gives me a boost to start the day. I no longer feel so tired and my skin feels a lot smoother which in turn makes my general well being so much better. Apparently has health benefits. Too early to know yet. Has a required taste but I got used to it in hot but milks etc

Ewww. When i wss taking the resin out it seemed to want to come out in a weird long lenght. I thouht nothing of it. So i put this in my cup. Then i added the boiling water and began to drink. Towards the end of it i found a branch of sone kind of wood in it. Makes me doubt this stuff is checked. Who knows what the hell is in this. Makes me feel sick.
