Works really well.
This dongle works really well. I've used some like these in the past and they were terrible but these are really good. No static in the line. That was the issue I had a while back.

Confirmed working with Oneplus 6T.
Purchased for my oneplus 6T, both adapters work well with my earphones w/mic and my headphones! Oneplus 6T recognizes it (headset icon appears at top in android). No volume-biasing to one side like with poorer made adapters or any noise.
