24 Color Artist Watercolor Paints Professional Metallic Glitter Solid Colors Blue Metal Case with Palette for Artists, Art Painting, Ideal for Watercolor Techniques

First I have to say I am not a professional artist but I will tell you these metallic paints, set of 24 half pans are gorgeous!!! I have used Paul Rubens metallic paints for a few years now and love them but I am thrilled I found these wonderful paints! I am shocked to read the reviews of these paints saying they are exactly like the Paul Rubens metallic 24 count paints. They are similar colors to the P. R.’s but they are different variations that give you even more colors to use and work with.These paints mix beautifully and I am able to create glorious and endless colors. I love tertiary colors, all colors really, but these won’t disappoint you by any means. This set has colors I love even more than the P.R.’s set. They are easy to use for beginners or advanced artist. These are creamy but the Paul Rubens are a little more so. They don’t get muddy when mixing with other colors so this set is a great addition to my paint collection and these are easy to learn about mixing color. They have a good lightfast rating and the colors won’t change. I think like any watercolor paint you might want to use care when putting your “masterpieces “ in hard, direct sunlight. The tin is very nice and can be used again to fill the empty 1/2 pans with any tube watercolors making your own or can use it to carry extra brushes, pencils or whatever you want to. The tin is a little smaller than the Paul Rubens but that’s not a big deal to me.I will continue to purchase both this set and the Paul Rubens watercolors for even more colors and the pure joy of using these wonderful paints.You will be happily surprised and delighted with these paints. They are a great buy and a wonderful gift to anyone thinking about painting with watercolors and mixed media art.I can’t end this without telling you that I am not a “glitter girl” but I am so delighted with these paints! Paul Rubens was my exception until I found these.Have fun and enjoy the pure delight of creating your artwork. I use these with mixed media or alone. You can’t go wrong with this wonderful set!

These metallic watercolors are just gorgeous! After reading & watching tons of reviews on all the different metallic watercolors available, I decided to take a chance on these and boy, I WAS NOT disappointed! These luscious watercolors offered great coverage with tons of sparkle even on the white swatch watercolor card that was sent with the beautifully packaged set. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for an affordable metallic watercolor set. They are just as good as the more expensive sets out there and for a better price!

The colors are beautiful do not let the 4 star rating discourage you. As I said the colors are gorgeous and they're wrapped beautifully, in a very nice tin case ,the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because some of the half pans are not completely filled so they were not consistent in that area. They could just be this set I received. I will order again.

These are beautifully glittery, every single one -- some more subtle, and some right in your face. My favorite is the dark green, which dries to leave a gold pigment everywhere but the edges of the paint stroke. Some of these are iridescent, some are not, all of them are beautiful, especially in the sunlight. A good amount of reds, blues, greens, purples and browns. Only one orange, and one bright gold yellow (the Flash Yellow is a pretty buff color). The paints mix well together, and probably mix well with other watercolors. Very happy with my purchase!

This palette was like getting a gift. Everything about the paints is special. They go on brush smoothly like butter. Beautiful colors that are translucent and a perfect amount of shimmer. The box they came is very nice too. Price is an exceptional deal in my opinion.

Got these and loved them. The colors are lush, creamy and most of them are fairly translucent to opaque. They look even better on black paper than white in my opinion. Gives a real shimmer to your art and can be used alone or in conjunction with other media. Well worth the money, very happy with them.

It's OK. I can find uses for it. I had to compare it to other brands to see. It has all the non-iridescent metallic colors and does a pretty good job with pigmentation along with making it metallic (but more on the silvery side). They do a good job of fitting a bunch of pans in the tin and offering a variety of colors, without black. I don't think they're on the same level as a Kuretake or a Finetec set, which are roughly the same price or better for the # colors / # of paints/ quality of paints you get. If it's the most colors in a carry all tin, with amount of paint not a concern, then this would satisfy a mid-level painter. It's also a bit cute-sy for my taste.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m 99% sure that this is the company that provides the glitter/metallic paints for Paul Reubens. The presentation and packaging, colour names, colour reference numbers and wrapping of the individual pans are almost identical, except blue instead of pink, and without the Paul Reubens logo or name. A few of the colours (about 3) have different names, but it appears that Paul Reubens changed the names of some of their colours, as when I watched multiple review videos on YouTube, those artists referred to some of the colours as having the same names as this set. So unless you really really want the pink tin, save yourself a few bucks and get this set instead.

This product came beautifully wrapped, in a lovely box with a chamoise cloth and a swatch card. The palette was made of tin and is strong, with a loop underneath to hold the paints securely whilst painting.The paints have a lovely shimmer and come in a good range of colours. The paints look great on white or black paper and I am very happy with them.

I really wanted a set of shimmery, glittery watercolours and chose these off of amazon based on the high number of positive reviews and I was not disappointed at all. They came beautifully packaged, and well ahead of the expected delivery date... 6 weeks or so ahead!They are beautiful! With 24 colours I don’t think I’m going to be finding myself missing something I need at all. It’s hard to capture the shimmer in a photo, but I promise you it’s there :)
