Good product, similar to bicycle ergonomic handles but for barbells and dumbbells.These work really nicely for pressing movements, particularly with dumbbells. No more dumbbell rolling in your hand or bar digging into the palm, they give a nice surface to press on.The grips slip to the sides of the bar when used with on a barbell though, especially with a wide-ish bench press grip.I might buy 2 pairs or 28 mm barbell clamps to remedy this issue, but I think it would be cool to have something similar integrated on the product, as a barbell specific version. No more slipping, and tight fit so no grip rolling either when used on smaller diameter bars or dumbbells.Overall I would rate this 4+ because the product isn't perfect, but I give 5 stars for the innovation.

I dig it. definitely more comfortable bench/military press. Fits well in my palm no wrist strain.

These handles are ok, i expected them to be a bit thicker. I do feel less pressure on my wrist and they are comfortable-ish. i guess i just have to get used to them. i will send out another review after a couple of weeks using the handles.

this product is pricy, but worth it, it actually helped a lot on my wrist and elbow

These work well. I was a bit concerned as they are different from other grips I've used but really nice, especially the fin, gives something to get extra grip on.

I've been using this for 4 or 5 weeks and am very happy with it. It does take some getting used to since your grip is different. But once you get a feel for it, I can lift more with it. It hits your chest differently too. Very happy with it so far.

Great product. Waiting for the fat grip version to come out.

Ol' Marky Zucks and my android phone worked in collusion listening to me talk about my wrist pain, that I lift weights and then put a FB add in front of me for these. So far they have really helped with presses. I have found that like 1/2 my DBs have too narrow of a handle for these to work, but DBs don't seem to bother my wrists anyways since you can rotate them as needed.Thanks sales Algorythm, you are the real hero! moved my BP up 2-3 more reps in the 8-10 range just removing the pain during the movement, I have not maxed out in a while but I am pretty sure that it will translate to 10-15 lbs there too.

I've owned these grips for some time now. On the positive side they work easily with my old style powerblocks. The thing is for a lot less money you can get the far superior Fat Gripz (Ones) that better these in every way possible. The palm bulge appears to be a non-functional gimmick and the grips themselves are thin and a little less grippy/sticky than the previously mentioned alternative.
