adidas Men's Essentials 3-Stripes Tapered Tricot Pants

I'm a 5'4" woman and a smidge under 140 lbs. I prefer men's clothes for working out because women's clothes are always so tight and focus more on fashion than function unless you want to pay a ton. I'm a S in sweatpants from Champion and Russell, but I read comments on here that these run small because they don't have a lot of stretch, so I ordered a M. They're a little long, but the cuffs keep them from dragging, and the M fits my frame with just the right amount of bagginess and comfort for vigorous exercise. $20 for good workout pants is a bargain, so I ordered another pair. Highly recommend.

The fit of the pant is excellent and very comfortable to wear around the house and outdoors. Tapered fit is excellent because the regular fit would flare out too much below the knee. The tapered fit look is so much better.

My son loved the fit anf comfort of these pants. I loved that they were a great value for the price.

I’m a PE teaching and this is just part of the uniform, per se.My only challenge is that they “pilled” after the first wash. Polyester. I should have known. I bought a second pair and now let the pants dry naturally on the line and not in the dryer.Good luck

Bought a pair since the price wasn’t too high and they’re extremely comfortable. I went ahead and ordered 2 more pairs. Worth every penny, I love these pants

great fit, super soft and comfortable, and the pockets have zippers so i don’t have to worry about anything falling out. it does get a little hot in them sometimes so i recommend them for fall and winter.

These are a nice comfortable fit I have them in a UKXL. They felt better after a wash and have become more comfortable daily where I will definitely be buying more. I was hoping for a better elasticity but I can compromise that because I trust the fit.

Reasonably well-made/stylish, as you'd expect from standard Adidas gear. Great color-scheme. However, this design doesn't work for me. I have athletic thighs (not huge, but more "sprinter" than "distance") and these pants have such little range of motion in the knees and crotch area, that they literally start restricting my movement if I pick my foot up off the floor 2 or 3 inches. Here's the kicker: I wear a medium in the regular-cut Adidas track/soccer/training pants, and I ordered these in large, simply to make sure there'd be enough range of motion for me.If you're the lean type, and aren't using these for anything requiring decent range-of-motion (yoga, taekwondo, etc), these might be great for you. For me, I couldn't even sit or walk properly with them on, even ordering one size up.I'm taking two stars off for what I feel is a design flaw; After all, these are athletic pants... Even if they're tapered, there should be enough "give" for basic movements.
