Very good exercise bands
These bands have the look and feel of being well made. Buying the package of three is a good choice. provides workout options, and it's less costly than buying separately.The only thing I don't like about them is they do not remind me to work with them every day. LOL

Used??
The black band looks used (scuff marks and the band wasn't as neatly wrapped as the other two). The blue and red are fine. I tried the black bands out and they seem ok. Going to be very cautious with these.

Exercise bands
I have used bands for years as I used to powerlift. You can do so much with them the different exercises and added to existing exercises is unbelievable. If you're not sure what size band to buy for whatever you're using it for ask somebody at your local gym that has got experience in the matter of that can help you choose. Love em.

Appear to be very well made
I use resistance tubes for slot of my workout, but there are a couple of exercises that the tubes don't work for me. These loop resistance bands did the trick. Totally happy with these bands.

Das Bänder Set gefällt mir sehr gut, ich benutze diese hauptsächlich zur Unterstützung bei Ring-Dips, Dips an dem Barren oder Klimmzügen.Außerdem kann man es zum Warmup (Schultern) oder für statisches Dehnen (z.B. Beine) nutzen.Habe die Bänder nun 5 x im Einsatz gehabt, deshalb kann ich nicht viel über die Langlebigkeit sagen, aber sie machen einen robusten Eindruck.Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf.
