This is a great strap with loops for stretching your muscles. The strap doesn't stretch, which was what I was looking for. Shipping was fast.

Says it would come with a travel pouch and booklet. Did not get either. Just the strap in a cheap bag.

I got this because one of my knees is beginning to have a lot of issues. This is Excellent!The best way to describe how it works is - It's almost like having a trainer hold your foot, to help give you support while you stretch and bend your leg/knee. I have been experiencing pain and stiffness in my knee, but this allowed me to flex it and stretch, and do exercises with support, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I could do movement exercises back and forth with no issues, which is helping. This is a great tool! It helps a lot with stretching. Very sturdy and durable.

Exactly how a rigid band should be. Use this post workout or throughout your day to increase flexible. Not best for warm ups. Use a stretchy style band that gives a little for warm up purposes. This rigid band is great though. Good for the whole body. The proved bag and booklet are good to include. If you are not experienced with stretching look at the bok and start there. People do not think about stretching enough. It is just like yoga. You can't just jump into advanced stretching techniques. Start small and add to the basics.I am 6’3 240 pounds and this band would be great for anyone. I have zero complaints. Functionally perfect. Cosmetically perfect. If anything changes i will update with details.

I like this strap. It's a huge help with stretching. A few months ago, I checked out a yoga kit from the library. It had a yoga strap in it and sadly, I didn't realize how much better a non-stretchy strap could be with stretching. Before using it, I'd only used my stretchy ones. While the one from the library was just a basic type of strap, this one has loops for your hand to grip better through the whole strap. There's also padding on the main grips. It comes within a mesh drawstring bag and also has a little booklet with some stretching ideas. I've been pleased with it so far. It seems like a durable, well made strap.

This would make a great gift for the family member who is into fitness and exercises regularly. This is not for the novice - but more for the seasoned person into body toning. The fact that it is a rigid strap rather than a stretchy one, is the difference. It gives a stretch as if you were working with someone. And it is for the person who understands what the strap is capable of and how to use it to gain the most benefit. Comes with a travel bag and good instruction book. Well-made - folks at the gym will ask where you got it!

I mostly use this strap for stretching before working out. I like that it has multiple slots throughout the strap so can move your feet and arms for a custom fit. I'm 5'4, so not everything can be tailored as easily as this. The strap is made well, so far none of the stitching has come undone, and the nylon hasn't torn. Overall I like it. The price is on point for the quality, and versatility of this. I would say it's more of a tool for stretching than a workout.
