I actually bought this because I work in a preschool and my giant adult behind doesn't fit in the little chairs made for 3 year olds. My husband saw it, stole it for a camping trip, and now won't give it back!! He's fascinated by the mechanism (which to be fair is pretty neat). He loves that it is so light weight and that it has a carrying strap. Plus it is super sturdy and has so far put up with all of the man stress that my husband and teenage boys put it through! Definitely a fun accessory for any backpacker or camper!

DON’T BUY THIS!! It’s a piece of JUNK!! It says it holds 300 lbs. I’m 211 lbs. I was camping, needed to use this as a step, stepped on it AND IT BROKE! I went falling forward. Thankfully my trail horse let me fall right into her and she stood still until I regained my balance. HORRIBLE PRODUCT!! The plastic literally broke in half. I could have been really hurt if my horse hadn’t been right there to catch me. DON’T BUY!!!!

This collapsible stool has been a must-have during the social distancing period of the coronavirus outbreak. When I have to go for groceries or other essentials which require waiting in line for long periods, this is ideal. I was skeptical that it would support my weight (I'm not going to share that, but this stool is sturdier than others I've tried.) It's VERY easy to extend and collapse (pull and twist to lock; twist to unlock and collapse), and has a hand strap that is also a shoulder strap for carrying when not in use. I keep it in the car. Would be handy for changing a tire, gardening, or any time you have to wait in a line for a long time.

I purchased two of these collapsible stools for our RV. I'm always on the lookout for compact, light and sturdy items that will make living in the camper for more than a weekend feel like home. The stools arrived today, and they are just as described. Take up very little space, easy to expand and collapse, sturdy, adjustable heights, and a really fun and cute design! I might look for a round cushion for the tops, but don't know yet if that will even be necessary.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this but it came and it's very cool indeed. Works just like it says. The seat is adjustable at any height to 18" I believe. there is a spring in the middle that connects the bottom with the top. You pull bottom and top away from each other and twist lock. I weight 165 and have stood on this thing. I made a padded seat for mine using a 12" round wood top w/foam and cover. Placed two dowels in bottom to fit the holes in top of stool.

If you sit on this, make sure your weight is EXACTLY in the center and then do no NOT move! It is prone to very suddenly breaking apart and collapsing! The person sitting on it could then get seriously injured if it does so and I suspect the manufacturer will be experiencing many lawsuits because of this product. I recommend only using this as a table and then only place small, light objects on it. Also, be aware, it is extremely difficult to put it back together again if it comes apart. I very much recommend NOT buying this!

When I received my stool I was very impressed. Appeared to be an amazing design and portable. Use it the first time, worked fine. The second time I was sitting on the stool, and it collapsed right under me. I fell to the ground! Fortunately, not injured.Beware!!!

This portable folding school is an outstanding product. It is lightweight and very easy to carry around. It can be used as a stool to sit on and stand on as well.I have used this stool for access to items high up in my storage closet.I also have used this stool at my son's sporting events.
