This lantern is the best one I have out of the 4 I have . I'm a security guard working long hours into long days on end around the clock the lantern even has sleep mode so after a few hours it goes off so if you fall asleep you don't deplete the batteries. Also it's very bright . It has 3 modes of use high and low level of light and red light I often use the red light very handy to have . It folds up quiet small it's very robust very well built . I get around 8 hours of constant use . I've not completely depleted the batteries yet after I've finished using it is put it on charge so it's ready for the next night . I've dropped it a number of times from more than a meter and it's barley put a mark on it. The fact it curry's extra batteries is an even more handy . It seems to be atleast 80 or 90 % waterproof I would not recommend submerge but fantastic in heavy rain just keep off the floor in heavy rain . It's got 2 handles on it which I use S hooks on it . It's got good weight about it but not too heavy if you had it on a backpack you wouldn't notice it their . I would recommend this to everyone . It has a button on it this is only to switch between the 3 levels of light to switch on and off you must open for on close for off its very simple to do .wether you are old or a child it's good for all ages . If you are looking for a good camping lantern then you have found it look no further .

This lantern does everything you need and more. I purchased this for a recent camping trip and was unsure at first as its not a name/brand i am familiar with. Well, where do i start? It's fantastic!! First off, amazon prime delivery is great. I ordered it at 10pm the night before we went and it was at my place of work by the morning!! The lantern its self does everything you need it too. It has 4 light functions. Bright, dimmed, solid red and red flashing. As the lantern is dual powered (rechargeable batteries in the bottom and disposable in the top) it lasts an age. We used it all weekend and never had any issues with it. It comes with a USB cable that not only charges the lantern but can be used the opposite way round to charge a mobile device (Android). One of the best things with this lantern is it comes supplied with a handy clip for hooking the lantern to the inside of the tent to allow it to cast light throughout the tent. All in all a great lantern for the cost for build quality and functionality

Pros:Seems to be well made. Fit and finish is good, with no rough bits or odd gaps. No 'soft touch' mouldings that go all sticky after a while.Compact and bright with a well diffused output.Cons:I don't understand why there are AA batteries in the top section. There is a note in the instructions that they are only in circuit when the lamp is open, but does this imply that if the lamp is connected to mains while open that they're attempting to charge? This isn't safe as alkaline AAs aren't rechargeable.It won't charge my phone (Wileyfox Swift) at all. This wasn't a reason for buying the lantern so... meh.Observations:There's no way of preselecting a brightness/colour before turning the lamp on; so to avoid destroying dark-adapted vision you need to open the lantern just a crack before toggling through the bright/dim/red options. Closing the lamp resets back to bright.In summary:A good compact and bright lantern with a couple of reservations.

I really do love it although these are early days. Following the instruction leaflet it charged fine. Once charged the light on the highest setting is stunningly bright. You can probably get away with the lower setting. The steady red and flashing red could be useful on car journeys. If the usage time of the battery is as they say then it is more than reasonable. And if I went camping I might take an additional USB charge pack (like my RAV 16000mAh. That should give me enough light in the evening. Finally, the S-clip to hang it is a valuable thought.

Very happy with this little camping light.It is much brighteṛ than other similar products that I own from Amazon.Real bonus is it has 2 battery compartments. Top battery compartment for normal batteries and the bottom compartment actually has housing for 2 rechargeable batteries whic is supplied with the product. Overall a great product. I am buying 2 more.

I now have four of these. The main reason is the good light and simple no fuss use.This lantern is illuminated by pulling or sliding the top part away frm the main body. Perfect when in poor light conditions.Other lanterns and torches have switches or buttons that have to be located - not ideal if you can't see or feel where and how to turn it on.This lantern is rechargeable and uses x4 AA batteries for back up.Light is spread 360 degrees so a useful centre-piece for a table or low ceiling.

I love this lantern. I especially love the versatility of powering it, and so far I have only used the rechargeable batteries because once I had charged them fully via the mains electricity, I can keep them topped up via a portable solar panel.The light is bright, is easy to control by pushing down the top if you want to restrict the brightness even further, and you can never go wrong with a red light as an option.I will be using this as a lantern in the home during any power cuts, but it would be ideal as an emergency light to keep in the car.I haven't fully tested the battery life claim of 11 hours use on the higher setting, but considering most other lanterns don't claim anywhere near that ability, if I get anything close to 8 hours plus, I'll be happy.That you can also use it as a power bank to charge other mobile devices must be a huge plus for a lot of people.The fact it came fully stocked with batteries is always a bonus, and the hook to hang the lantern is a nice touch.

Product is much lighter (in weight) than my older lantern and also much brighter. Slightly awkward to use as have to slide it apart to turn on (telescopic). Charger socket is the major problem with this lantern. Very fiddly to plug the charging cable into the lantern and after only six weeks the cable is loose in the socket and it won't charge. I would certainly not recommend this product.

So mehreren Monaten und nach ausreichender Testphase und ca. 80 Stunden Einsatz möchte ich nun gerne auch meinen "Senf" zu der Laterne abgeben :DDer Versand der Laterne war vorbildlich und das Verpackungsmaterial war angebracht und nicht übertrieben wie bei manch anderen.Die Laterne ist auch auf sehr hohem qualitativem Niveau gebaut worden schön robust und perfekt für alle möglichen EinsätzeIch habe mir die Lampe gleich mit den Akkus bestellt was ich nur empfehlen kann ^^ ursprünglich war sie eigentlich nur für ab und zu Camping gedacht und als Notlicht (Pannenlicht) fürs Auto.Nach mehreren erfolgreichen Einsätzen kam die Lampe bei immer mehreren verschiedenen Aufgaben zum Einsatz (wie z.B. in den späten Arbeitsstunden als Arbeitslicht in einem Bauwagen) Sie erhellt den ganzen Raum mit einem Super Licht das man bei Bedarf auch noch einmal dimmen kann bzw. auf Rotlicht oder blinkendes Rotlicht umschalten kann. Die Lampe leuchtete bereits mehr als 14 Stunden am Stück ohne dass ich die Akkus laden musste und falls diese dann doch mal leer gehen habe ich ja immer noch die normalen Batterien auf die ich dann umschalten kann (:Alle Freunde und Bekannte die diese Lampe schon im Einsatz gesehen haben sind begeistert und immer wenn es mal eine Situation gibt wo man Licht brauchen kann werde ich automatisch schon gefragt ob ich meine Laterne dabei habe xDVon mir gibt es ein ganz klare Kaufempfehlung für diese tolle Laterne, ihr werdet euch wundern wenn Ihr diese Laterne habt wie oft Ihr diese dann auch einsetzten werdet ^^Ich hoffe ich konnte euch ein bisschen bei der Entscheidungsfindung helfen (:(Da es so viele tolle Bilder zu der Laterne bei den Rezensionen gibt habe ich keine hochgeladen)MfgSonnensucher90Ps.: Bei Fragen stehe ich gerne bereit ;)

habe ich mir gekauft, um auch bei Dunkelheit mal schnell durch den Garten, in's Gartenhaus usw. zu gehen..toll finde ich, dass ich die Lampe relativ selten aufladen muss und dies z.B. auch im Auto, am Laptop oder Steckdose mit USB-Stecker problemlos machen kannIch wollte diese Lampe noch mal nachkaufen, einmal um sie zu verschenken und mir noch eine weitere Lampe für unsere "stromlose" Garage zulegen; leider war sie ausverkauft und kommt hoffentlich bald wieder in den Verkauf.Die Lampe, auch unterwegs als Pannenlicht, Camping usw. einfach genial; Leute, nicht zögern, kaufen, solange die Lampe erhältlich ist, Ihr werdet es nichtbereuen..

la userò in campeggio quest'anno. É molto ben realizzata, la luce dura molto e non ho trovato alcun difetto. Io la uso esclusivamente con le pile ricaricabili.

Ist sehr gut verarbeitet und macht ein angenehmes Licht. Vor allem der Akku und Batteriebetrieb sind sehr praktisch. Von mir gibt es einen Daumen hoch 👍🏼

emballage amazon RAS, emballage du produit pas terrible. mais a l'intérieur surprise !!! je la voyais plus grosse alors que non. tant je préfère du coup facilement a transporter. éclairage impressionnant.

Petite, suffisamment lumineuse, intensité de la lumière variable, batteries rechargeables avec piles AA complémentaires de secours, possibilité de recharger un appareil sur sa prise USB (téléphone par exemple) et enfin un éclairage rouge dont j'avais besoin pour les soirées d'observation astronomiques.Elle est très complète et je la recommande.

Lampe télescopique qui s'allume dès qu'on la déploie : pratique.2 niveaux de luminosité, dont un assez puissant. Les 2 autres modes (rouge et flash) ne me sont pas très utiles.

Cette lanterne est compacte et puissante. Petit bémol elle se décharge assez vite même en prenant des précautions néanmoins je la recommande.

tolle Lampe, ich hab sie auf einer Motorradtour beim Zelten dabei gehabt. Sehr hell mit langer Laufleistung. Kann man an den beiden Halten in der Zeltmitte aufhängen. Die zweiten Batterien sind eigenlich unnötig, aber meine Tochter hat sie einmal genutzt, da sie vergessen hat die Lampe auszumachen. Das An- und Ausschalten mittels Auseinanderziehen ist toll, Rotlicht und Blinken habe ich nie benötigt.

Preis und Leistung sind okay, gute Lichtausbeute, kann mit USB Kabel nachgeladen werden, Läuft auf Batterien und über Akku. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Naja an einem Abend benutzt und nach 2 stunden ging die Lampe nichtmehr aus wenn man sie zusammenschiebt. Manchmal hat man Glück und sie geht aus wenn man fest genug drückt aber sowas ist nicht ok, bin echt enttäuscht. Ich hab die Lampe dann selbst repariert und das Problem konnte behoben werden.

Well I have not given this a complete going over, I really like what I see, although I figured out, read the little pamphlet that comes with it for more enjoyment and understanding of the product. Now I am looking at these, they are 10 bucks each or 2 for $20 on prime. I know your not going to get some lifetime heirloom, but looking at $10 a crack these are very very nice, I received mine yesterday and since I am really into the 18650 battery and have maybe 15 of them hanging around for other flashlights, but first thing I did was take out the 2 18650 batteries from the bottom compartment and gave them a good charge, they needed them as they were only partially charged, 2nd thing I did was check out the aaa batteries in the top compartment, I just left them in with the battery tags in place so not to activate them. I then put the light on low, you have high and low then red then red strobe, the low setting is not that much difference in light than the high setting, but I put it on low and set on nightstand next to bed at maybe 10:30 last night, at 9:30 this morning its still shining just as bright, turned in on high same brightness as the night before and quite sure I have another nights worth of light, but will check in future, right now after being on all night I will take the supplied usb cord and plug into my 10 inch samsung tablet, with tablet and light off the battery meter popped up saying how much of a change I have (87%) and now turning the tablet on and do get the charging symbol now unplug and replug usb cord and charging symbol goes off than on and this is with light off and only 18650 batteries being used, no aaa, I did NOT received a low power slow charge warnings. now going to unplug and plug in my samsung 7 phone and same thing, starts charging with no warnings. I can not say how much the 2 18650 batteries will change it, but seriously for 10 bucks each I am impressed. Again I know for $10 each, these are not things you want to turn on and off 50 times playing with it.or plug in 10 different things .... now I turned the light on and I still have the charging symbol on the samsung 7 phone, now just plugged into with the light on the samsung tablet, and it is charging, turn off the light, still charging. I just ordered a couple more, will keep one in the car and one in the goldwing luggage area. It comes with a usb port to plug in for charging things and the micro usb port for turning the cable around and charging it. make sure you change it when you receive it with build in charger or take batteries out and charge them. read the little pamphlet that comes with it, I see MOST bad reviews would have not been there if they read the very basic directions. Is this the next coming of the big guy himself, well no, but for 10 bucks american, I really really like this really just for the light itself, the changer is bonus, but if you're serious about a little battery bank, check out the Anker battery banks here on Amazon, might be a little pricy but they work very well as a battery bank for emergence or to be able to bring the tablet to the pool watching videos all day or play music with a little bluetooth sound system. You get what you pay for, but the SUBOOS are worth the price.

EDIT- After owning for 2 months the recharging light never goes off when i recharge it so i dunno if it is charging or not. I would not rely on this for backpacking or an emergency.After a month it still runs strong. i use it for night fishing, camping, and for power loss emergancies. I LOVE the dual power system so if one fails you have a back-up. all batteries in this unit are replacable too. I reserve the AA batteries on top for when the main battery goes out. in the past i would carry 2 rechargable battery packs for my electronics but now that this has one built in i save weight by replacing a battery pack with this.Cons-Around a pound it could be considered heavy for backpacking but i take it anyway as a back-up to my headlamp.
