Cheap but does what it needs to.
This is a budget bridge so obviously it can be prone to scratching while first setting up but it does the job well. I used it to hardtail a strat after filling the trem socket and it works great. If youβre looking for a replacement for a high end shredder this probably isnβt it but for a project or studio guitar it does everything itβs supposed to.

You get what you pay for.
I used this for an oil can guitar build. The finish is pretty good and it is easy to install. The saddles are quite high to allow for the top loading, so I have had to wind the grub screws out a fair amount to lower the action. The grub screws are a bit inconsistent. Some are looser than others and some need a slightly larger Allen key (fortunately I have metric and imperial keys). After playing for a while, I traced an annoying rattle to one of these grub screws that had come loose. This is a recurring problem, so I may have to find replacement screws from the an old floating strat bridge that I have. I probably won't buy this product for the next build.

Used to replace the bridge system on a acoustic guitar
I had this idea to change the bridge on this acoustic but wanted a more stable one than the standard type.So i used this bridge instead and it works great so far. I did change the neck on this guitar from the one that came on it as it had no truss rod. The strat type neck fits perfect in the pocket and intonation plus tuning is much better to.

Sturdy construction
This saddle looks to be fairly sturdy in construction but arrived rather flimsily packaged and the black surface was rather scratched by the fixing screws which were floating loose in the same packet Also the springs and fixings were partially undone which meant that springs and small parts fell out on opening! I am sure it will do the job but careless packaging rather let things down hence three stars Had to send this back as it did not fit on my guitar so a bit of a disaster for me but it did look to be quite strong so if it fits your purpose would be all right

Don't bother with this. It's not worth the pain.
It feels and operates fine. However, two of the action adjustment grub screws didn't turn with a hex key and I needed to swap them out for some from another bridge in my parts bin. If I didn't keep old parts, I would have been stuck. Also, most bridges are shipped with card to prevent movement of the saddles in shipping from scratching the baseplate. This one didn't.Like I said, other than the two failed screws and the less than ideal packing, it's fine.UPDATE: Do not use the screws that come with the bridge. They snap easily and create work having to remove them from the body and then repair the finish. Bear in mind that if you're fitting the bridge, you have probably just complete the very time intensive task of finishing the body and will likely be very angry at having to immediately repair the work you have just completed.
