Maui Babe Tanning and Browning Lotion 8 Ounces (Pack of 2)

I love Maui babe!Pros:IT WORKS! I have "Scandinavian skin" as my friend likes to call it. I'm Dutch/swedish heritage and I do not normally tan very dark. My stomach doesn't normally tan at all. This stuff makes me tan.Works quickly. I noticed a distinct difference the first time I used it. I was noticeably darker in a fraction of the time.It smells like coffee (amazing!)A little goes a long wayIt mousturizes skin while you tanIt goes on even and has a slight tint to let you know where it's been applied (from the coffee)Cons: slightly greasy, so use sparinglyDoes leave your hands looking orange, but it washes off. I've heard people say it stains your hands, this has not been my experience. The stuff washes off hands very easily. I haven't noticed any stains on clothes either.

My daughter Irish danced and needed to have tan legs for competions. This applied easily and with just a few coats, her legs would have a nice color! It's not orange and not streaky!

It’s wonderful I am a light complected skin tone apply this. I have received a tan not real dark, but a nice Only thing is do not stay out too long if you light skin because it will burn it has no sunscreen and for the light skin gals use a sunscreen under it and you still will accomplish the pan you want, but I want to stay out more than about 30 minutes on each side does not smell too bad, but you need to wipe the palms of your hands off after you apply

This product is one that I have used for several years. It was recommended to me by an airline stewardess who travels the world. She told me thatthe tan I would get from this product was like no other. She was correct. If I go into very hot climates I use this with a sunscreen. I have nevergotten burnt when using this product, but one does have to have common sense and know how long one can remain in the sun according to ones skin type. The color achieved with the Maui Babe is a beautiful golden tan....and it takes only a few days to achieve the beautiful sun tan color on ones body. You will love this product. Make sure that you have something to clean your hands with after application as it is dark and a bit oily andshould be removed from ones hands after application. This company also has an after sun moisturizing cream and that works nicely too, but I have several other after sun products that I use. Also I have never peeled when using this product, but then again everyone skins tones are different.A fair skinned person may want to use a high sunscreen along with this product. I do that but only an eight and then a four then a two and thennone. Gradually going off of the sunscreen and just using the Maui Babe. I use this all summer and could not go a summer without it.

This stuff is great. I read the reviews of other fair skinned people liking this product, and decided to buy a trial bottle. I waited until it arrived and then until a day when the sun was out and I hd some free time. I put it on and headed upstairs for some tanning on my roof.This stuff works. I don't know if it is the kukui nut oil that slowly browns on your skin or the ground Kona coffee beans that do it, but something about this formula works. It also tingles on your skin, possibly from the coffee beans as well, so you feel slightly energized.It does have a faint coffee smell and despite being labled a lotion -- it contains some mineral oil -- will feel more like an oil once it warms up in the sun.I liked it so much the first day (noticable difference in skin tone after just 3 hours) that I came back and ordered another 2 bottles. I am almost through the second one now and am a good deal darker. So much so, that people that meet me now, don't think I have fair skin.I do all my tanning in the sun, but if you want to use the tanning beds, I would suggest you use the version of Maui Babe that is designed for that. The regular version leaves too much of a mess to clean up afterwards.I would recommend this product to all skin types, but be sure to lay down a coat of SPF below the Maui Babe, since it doesn't contain any. It does have aloe, which helps if you do burn slightly.
