ChacoMen's Chillos Slide

This might be my fifth pair of these sandals. I love them. I wear them everyday. We have hard word floors throughout our home and these are my house shoes. But I also have a pair for when I leave the house. I am hard on my shoes. Usually a pair of these sandals lasts me about 8 months. I am slightly disappointed in the quality of them coming from Chaco, but the comfort is worth it.

Great value, super comfy and quality. Easy to keep clean and true to size.

The first time I wore these shoes was to the movies. As I was standing in line for popcorn, I felt this tightening in my chest. Also the shoes were uncomfortable. Sure enough, the next time I wore them my feet started to blister and bleed. I had been on a walk at the park with my son. I took the shoes off which was a relief for my feet, though the crushing weight of an unfulfilling existence seemed to want to burst from my heart. My son seemed to really like the walk.This is the only pair of shoes I have ever thrown away after less than a month. They are the worst shoes I have ever worn, and no one even noticed them or complimented them. I guess I'm haunted by the possibility that the shoes were disappointed in me too. I wonder where they are now and whether they cry vehemently in the middle of the night.

These are my go-to shoes when I just need to step outside for a few seconds/minutes! I love the design of them and have always been a Chaco (Z2) person, so I was surprised that I would like these so much!

I live in the regular Chacos all Summer (from MN) these don’t seem very rugged. I wouldn’t travel with them. They just don’t fit right for me. I use them as house slippers… I expected better because I can’t live without my V1s— or whatever they are called. I have several pairs of Chacos that I’ve worn hard for so many years I don’t remember style names anymore.

I didn’t like the fact that due to supply chain problems, it weeks for the shoes to get to me. They are very supportive and look to be well built.

I purchased two pair of these, sizes 9 and 10, planning to return the ones that didn’t fit. Unfortunately for my wallet, the 10s were perfect while wearing socks and the 9s felt great barefoot, so I kept both. After not quite two months of wearing them both occasionally (exclusively indoors), the 10s tore so the strap was longer attached so I decided to contact Chaco’s.Good luck. They seem to care about customer service and I haven’t had a bad experience with a person but the support options became irritating quickly. I saw no email support. When calling their phone number, none of the options seemed quite right for my call - the option I selected redirected me to their website. I then tried chat: nothing would happen when using my iPad Pro. Back to the phone in case I missed something (nope) so back to the website to try a chat with support on a laptop. He redirected me back to the website to fill out the "defective order form". After filling out the minimal info and uploading required photos, I explained the problem the best I could in the 200-character-limited text field. Thanks. I have no way of even asking someone about my concern with the other pair I haven’t worn as much. I guess I’ll just have to eat them when they tear.They’re really comfortable slides and I thought I’d hit the jackpot: they felt great and I’d caught a good sale on Amazon. Given the amount of time I’m spending trying to get these fixed/replaced/returned they would have to pay *me* for these to be economical. And no, I can’t return them to Amazon (one of the suggestions under one of the phone options). I received them in Oct 30 and they tore just before Christmas. With the holidays, and no email support, I waited until January 3; perhaps that was too long for these to be returned to Amazon (the return option is no longer available).

These are extremely comfortable and we love them, but they break so easy. My husband has gone through 2 pair since June of 2023. I got mine in August of 23, but I don't wear them as often. They're still holding up strong for now.

Bought these on sale. The quality and the comfort is remarkable.

They must be good if they can make my hideous feet look good. Plus, they are light, comfortable, and easy to wear.
