I purchased this to treat bi-lateral sciatica. There were a lot these to pick from around the same price. After reading a lot of reviews for similar product's this one stood out. I had an old electronic therapy machine that finally gave up and I am thrilled that it did. Right out of the box you can tell this isn't some flimsy junk. Nice packaging with lots of paperwork that wasn't printed on toilet paper. You can tell a lot about a product if the company doesn't scrimp on paperwork and packaging. They usually don't get cheap with their product either. This thing is fantastic. Very user friendly even with a myriad of controls and options. Intensity and speed controls move in smooth and easily controlled increments. Nice if you don't like surprises. It even has six very different types of treatments. You can definitely pinpoint the spot you wish to treat. It even has a booklet that describes the very places to place the pads and how. Easy to read push button face that lights up and goes off by itself to save on the batteries. It is simple to use and works great. Now mine had an issue right out of the box so I contacted customer support. Now I know why Nuemedics received rave reviews for customer service. Mind you I contacted them in the afternoon on Christmas eve just hoping to leave my contact info. A couple of hours later they messaged me to find out if they could help. They verified my order info and within days problem solved. Best customer service I have dealt with in years. They will even send you twenty (yes 20) extra pads if you register it for a lifetime (yes lifetime lol) and write a review. And no it doesn't have to be a "I love it" review. You can say it's garbage if you feel that it is. But there is no way I would believe anyone could say anything bad about this. In closing. Great product, well built, works great, does what it's supposed to, great price and customer service that is unheard of these days. Just wish more companies operated like Nuemedics. 5 stars and highly recommended.

The TENS Unit is great... Second unit with this brand... I now have two units with broken leads and when trying to reorder, it's not clear which leads I should choose. Just placed an order for another unit by a different manufacture...

I am very pleased with the quickness of relief after using this product. It keeps my veins pumping and was completely worth the money. I'm grateful to have this tens unit.

I liked the size of the unit. Very convenient. Loved the electrodes included with it. Would love to order more of these. Light does not stay enough to put in settings though. Otherwise great!

Works really well and can get quite intense. It's not quite as strong as the one I used at my physical therapist but for the price it's amazingly about the same price as what they charge for one use at the PT.I want to add that in the package there is a coupon for 20 extra pads for free. I thought there would be a catch but I just sent them an email as they requested and they sent me the 20 pads. Just got them in the mail today free of charge, no shipping, nothing, just absolutely free. What a great deal!

My physical therapist uses tens technology and she recommended I purchase a unit for home use. I chose this unit for its portability and because it seemed pretty straighforward on using for different body parts. Very easy to set up and use - make sure you give it a good charge before using. I received relief from the first couple of treatments, and am planning to make this a regular part of my routine as I continue recovering from knee replacement. The company is very responsive to questions, which is a big plus.
