Great machine the first time I lay on it all the bones in my back cracked and when I stood up I felt good

great back cracker - for long periods at the computer. After a few months loses its stiffness slightly but still works. Given the price, not a bad compromise, can always repurchase. Cheaper than a visit to a chiropractor.

Personally not a fan . I think it does work used correctly, but it's hard to know the exact position to have it underneath you as body length differs between people . Also, level 1 is too easy but the jump to level 2 was too hard for me . I think it's safer and better to use a gym ball to lie backwards over for a safer better stretch

Cant live without this product

Did start at the highest point but couldn't spent 15 minutes like that so lowered it seams to help so far so good

The only disappointment was that the blue foam cushion is not attached to the plastic, but it is comfortable to use with or without the foam.
