Kinzi Modern Nose, Ear, and Facial Hair Trimmer

I don't know what these great reviews are all about. It feels like it was made for about one dollar. And, that is about how it performs, too.Its business end is tiny. This might be good for a child or a smaller female? Meaning, thin, soft, gentle hair. It does not cut thick, male hair, it rips them, it makes burning noise, it whims and stutters and it pulls and pinches like hell.I used it three times. Hated every one of them. By the way, it's not like I am used to royal treatment. No, my previous tool was Wahl Lithium Ion, which was great until it broke. Even though it used the same cheapo nose hair cutter design, - floating plastic head - it did the job way, way better than this toy. Sorry to say that right out of the box, it didn't work. I inserted a fresh AA battery, flipped the switch on, and .... nothing. Tried shaking the unit, tapping it to get it to start, but ... nothing. Checked the battery on a battery tester, and it displayed a full 1.5 volts, as a new AA alkaline battery should. I'm happy to say that Amazon immediately accepted my request for a return (at no cost to me) and a full refund.

I earlier posted that the thing fell apart after about 3 uses but decided to contact the manufacturer and they speedily sent me a replacement, no costs involved. I was very appreciative of this good service and want to correct earlier post. This is a handy product that works well.

I amazingly thought this would be decent enough for 20 bucks, but I am very disappointed. Wouldn't work right out of the box. I had to adjust the battery tang so that an AA battery would make contact. The construction of this is very poor. I read the reviews a bit closer and turns out there are alot of coerced sounding or made up reviews. Don't buy this product. Spend some money on something better made.

For people (men mostly?) of "a certain age" hair begins to grow in places better kept clear. This is a handy, safe, easy to use, quiet trimmer for this purpose that sits/hides discretely anywhere you want it nearby.

This product was great for ONE month!!!!!!! It stopped working at all. I tried everything. Then, I reached to their customer service (as it has lifetime guarantee) and sent several emails to hello.kinzi.com none which were responded to!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Waste of money!!!

I'm disappointed I bought this for good reviews but the product was so ineffective and cheap. Batteries don't last long and the accessory pieces don't trim very well.

Ouch! After maybe 3 uses (even then uncomfortable to use) the nozzle became loose and no matter what I do I can't seem to tighten it. It never cut close enough like my old Panasonic trimmer, but now it doesn't cut close AND it yanks my nose hairs out.
