Lots of potential, but tracks are too short
This album is mixed with a lot of short tracks. Individually, I found these tracks to be very good - 4 or 5 stars. Excellent sound quality, sounds great both in a car and with headphones. The bass lines are deep, dirty, and powerful, and blended with just the right amount of distorted guitars and synth. Some songs have a slower, plodding, almost dubstep feel to them (e.g. ShutEmDown). Some are quicker breakbeat songs with a drum and bass feel to them (e.g. Scandroid). The reason I knock two stars off of this album is that the songs are short. It seems like they are just getting going when they end and the next one begins (e.g. Pulsar at 2:00 in length). This album is almost a thesis on how to create a great song intro. When you listen to the album sequentially, the overall effect is pretty nice. When they are interspersed into the rest of your music, they seem like short musical interludes.I was left with an overall feeling that this album could have been incredible if the songs had just been a little longer.

never disappointing
Clayton always seems to be at the top of his game with any project he works on. The only reason I didnt give it a full 5 stars is because it seemed a bit short to me. Maybe I became spoiled with volume one? Soundtrack 2 is worth your time as a celldweller fan and will help you drift into day dreams and alternate realities with ambient soundscapes, heavy beats and mutilayers of electronics. I will always purchase celldweller tracks and albums even in the afterlife.

Intense, heavy, inventive and original
The songs are all very different from each other and highly varied. I love that it blends pieces of traditional or orchestral music in with the ultra-futuristic electronica. Holds up well to multiple listens with its depth and layered composition. Such talent! There are a few tracks with vocals, which I don't like, but that's just my hangup. It doesn't mean they're bad, so I didn't take off a star. The album as a whole is awesome.

Awesome album with a great mix of tracks
My favorite of the "Soundtrack for the Voices in my head" series. A very strong mix of hard and heavy tacks and some more amsopheric tracks as well. Includes some melodic content from "Wish Upon A Blackstar".

It's hard to imagine this dubstep album being so good, but it's like a modern Pink Floyd album
It's hard to imagine this dubstep album being so good, but it's like a modern Pink Floyd album. There are some amazing tracks, but the atmosphere is truly sublime. A great addition to the discriminating customer. Solid beats, imaginative direction and a great overall album.

Top Tier
One of the best dubstep albums I have ever bought. Scratch that, the best I have ever heard. This is easily on of my favorite albums by celldweller. Though there are some slow, soothing songs that might kill the adrenaline, this is still a very good CD and I recommend to all dubstep listeners

Great music, short songs.
Great album, loved most of the songs. The only qualm I have with it is that the songs are very short. I don't think i'd mind another 4+ more minutes of a few of them!!!

Pretty good
I heard music from this soundtrack on Pandora.com. It sounded like good workout music, and so it has been. I thought about giving it five stars, but I rarely give anything five stars.

Celldweller just keeps on producing original music
These are a collection of mostly instrumentals. Usual Celldweller mix of styles that ends up making his music unique. If you are a celldweller fan, this is a must for your collection.
