10 days since the warranty ran out it diedIt will not shut off, which drains the battery, and the TENS feature no longer works.Don't bother, it's little more than a poor quality toy. Buy a better one and save the angst. 😆

Very brittle casing and you want to be careful with the unit if you drop it you could easily break it. I had one of these previously and randomly died. Noticed some battery acid and it as well and was from leaking battery. Decided to take battery out in between uses on this new one just in case and have had no issues.

Do not have a wide range of power output; in addition don’t like the simple flimsy plastic casing.

Poor effect on target area almost painful in the hand
Not a good unit to get. I got it to use on my neck. I felt way more effect in the hand I was holding it with than I get on my neck. At level 5 it was so uncomfortable to hold, border line painful in my hand. I just shut it off and through it in the trash. My hand was still uncomfortable for about an hour after. I would give it no star but lowest they let is 1.
