I tend to occasionally get sinus headaches where in the winter, my face just feels cold from breathing in cold air. So I figured I would try a mask that I can warm up. This works perfectly. I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and lie down with the mask over my eyes and face. It truly feels very soothing. The weight of the mask is comfortable and the warmth is heavenly. It says to microwave it for less time, but I didn't feel it was enough. I would try it first in the amount of time they tell you and if that isn't enough, microwave it more but in small increments so that you get the perfect time/heat. I would think that you don't want to burn yourself and all microwaves can heat differently. It's also pretty...nice design. I definitely recommend this. And it came promptly.

I love this product. It’s the only thing I’ve been able to find besides pain killers that seems to really treat migraine or headache pain. I love that it covers all of the problem spots. I only wish it would stay hotter longer!

Great product. It is Made very well. It's not too heavy. I deal with daily headaches and have a decent amount of migraines. So I am most likely going to purchase a second one to keep on hand in the freezer.

I'm ordering a 2nd to keep in the freezer when my sinuses are aching & giving me a headache so I can swap them out when 1 warms up.

Does not stay cold very long...only about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, my migraines last a lot longer than that!
