Just what my husband needed!
This was a part my spouse needed for our pool pump. He was a little skeptical about ordering it online, not sure he was getting the right housing. It turned out to be the perfect part. It works fine.

exact fit
Price was far less than local national pool supplier and quick delivery with Prime. Genuine hayward part that replaced my old one that cracked after 30 years of use. That says alot for hayward quality. install was simple and relatively easy if you are handy. Time will tell if this one lasts as long as the original one I replaced. I live in a warm climate ,don;t know how the original one cracked maybe sheer age?

Great customer service!
I ordered this product but had to send it back since I did not need to replace the old one. The customer service was great. The product was in perfect condition and I will definitely buy this again if needed in the future.

Perfect fit, exchanged out all the parts and works ...
Exactly as described. Does not come with any gaskets but for my purpose I had a set on hand. Perfect fit, exchanged out all the parts and works perfectly...

Works As It Should
Had a crack in our old housing and was losing water on a daily basis. I had never installed one of these before, but I'm always ready to try installing and repairing anything at least once. Install went well with the plumbing being the part I was more worried about, but it worked just fine first time out. I had changed out the water pump before so I was already familiar with that aspect of the project. That was a year ago and it still works great.

Fix it yourself.
Enabled me to fix my pool pump myself which saved me a lot of money.

Yeah... it works, for the most part.
I am a seasoned pool owner and people regularly ask me for advice on how to care for pool and fix pump and filter issues. This particular product had one of its embedded bolts which holds the pump to the housing pop out. Rather than replacing it (a weeks long process) I decided to give a high PSI epoxy a go at fixing the issue. Thankfully, this fix worked and is still working. This gets 3 ☆ because I don't feel I should have fixed a brand new product less than a week after install.

Fits well
Here is a tip. When your motor burns out for the second or third time go ahead and replace everything, the motor, the pump and the filter. Mine broke one at a time and I would have saved a lot of money and trouble had I just replaced everything at once. It is not at all difficult to install if you are ok with cutting and gluing PVC.
