Motorcycle dash cameras are expensive and I wanted something cheap that can just record on loop, get power from my motorcycle USB port, mounts to the handlebars and I wouldn't care if it got trashed/stolen. This fit those requirements.Pros:Cheap and comes with everything. Although I replaced the 512MB SD CARD it came with, with a 16GB.Cons:Video quality. Awful and looks like I filmed using a potato. But it's good enough if anything happens while I'm out riding.Sound quality. Awful when moving through the wind, OK when no ambient noise.Unknown:Durability and longevity. I can update the review if this holds up to it's "action camera" moniker.UPDATE: Amazon compresses the sample video file so it looks worse than it actually is.

I live in a pretty place, so bought as a helmet camera for my bike rides. Able to attach to my helmet no problem. However, as other users have noted, it won't record continuously: it records in 3 minute segments with the last 30 seconds of each segment with frozen video. And how many three minutes segments will it record? It appears to be random. Certainly not as many as the length of my rides, and nowhere near the size of the replacement/bigger SD card I added. One one ride, I got 16 three minute segments (about half the ride). Today on a longer ride I got only 3 three minute segments. Worthless.Would be better if it actually worked, and if it had a low resolution option (right now it has only two setting for video, two different flavors of high-def: 1080P at 30FPS and 720P at 60FPS).

The camera resolution is excellent but it will not record continuously even with a bigger micro SD card. It records in three minutes segment but the main complain I have is that it freezes after exactly 2 1/2 minutes completing the other half minute with frozen video but active voice. I have worked for hours trying various settings which one could change while formatting the card. Customer service was always prompt when consulted and even voluntarily suggested to replace what I have with free shippings, both in and return. Unfortunately, the problem remains but I am keeping the camera even if I cannot use it as the vendor was really great to work with. I try to be there for small business.

This camera size for bike is awesome but I return my first camera as it was not working. Pictures but not video.I got my second one and this one was not charging and the video was not working either. So it is garbage.
