A/C Safe Exterior Cover for Large Window Air Conditioners

The cover seems well made & durable (time will tell.) The only complaint I have is about the retaining straps that come with it - they're useless, will not hold tight, strap keeps slipping loose through the buckle. You need to buy a bunch of bungee cords to tie it down properly.FYI, I'm new at this A/C cover strategy - I used to take this monster 18k unit out every year, but that's gotten to be a hassle. This cover knocks down most of the cold air infiltration. Next year I'll refine my strategy by covering the A/C with shipping wrap before putting the cover on.

This cover is made of heavy material, very good quality. Most importantly it has open bottom to handle the support rackets. Most of the cover don't have the open bottom and will not work. I would highly recommend this cover.I only wash is it is deep enough to warp the bottom.

Although this cover is a bit bigger than I need, my son was able to easily make it work. The adjustable strap made installation quick and secure. So far, so good.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered this item. One for my large A/C that stays in window all year long and this one I purchased for my Dad's in the wall A/C since he complains of air filtering thru it in the winter. It definitely helps inside. Recommend this for sure.

Straps that came with it were not useful at all , had to use bungee cords to secure. The straps that came with it would not stay tight , kept sliding loose . The cover is excellent quality but needs straps that will stay tight

So far so good!! Installed this winter (2020-2021) and it made a noticeable difference. Seems to be durable. Hopeful it lasts fir many seasons.

I'm ambivalent on this a/c cover. It only covers the end, two sides and the top; leaving the bottom exposed. The problem with my unit is on the bottom, where it sits on its shelf. I also found the straps to be pretty much useless. If you get them tight enough to hold the cover tight, they loosen when you connect the clips. I suppose it's good for keeping the snow off, but not for keeping out the cold air.
