Awesome Printer for the Price
We picked this printer up for $300 and have had great success with it. We added a CR touch and it took much of the guesswork out of bed leveling so that is highly recommended. This is our first printer, so we're still learning but we are pumping out all kinds of cool things. My son is printing Dungeons and Dragons related things on it and I'm designing and printing stands for action figures that I collect. Only thing i wish it had was a dual z-axis drive, but we can add that for about $50 and plan to.Only word of warning is cleaning the textured bed. The instruction manual says to use IPA to clean the bed and as we did, we noticed a yellow film coming off on the rag and print adhesion got worse and worse. I did some research as well as reached out to KOVEBBLE tech support and confirmed that IPA will strip off the adhesion coating on the textured bed. KOVEBBLE was good enough to send me a replacement bed which just arrived, so 5 star service out of them and much appreciated. Wash the bed with soap and water is our advice. You can also flip the bed and use glue sticks or hairspray for adhesion on the flat glass side which is what we've been doing while waiting on the new bed to arrive.5 stars. Loving this thing as a newbie.

Doesn’t work and support is no help
Purchased on my friend’s behalf so she could surprise her husband for Christmas. They managed to get it set up and print the calibration cube but the printing function has never worked again. They’ve followed all troubleshooting suggestions but are suspecting it is a hardware issue. The maker refuses to offer support since it was purchased from Amazon, and the Amazon seller is claiming that it’s not their order number.

Quality printer
Great printer bought as a first printer. Mistake. Is it a good printer YES. DO I RECOMMEND FOR A FIRST TIMER? NO. Get something with a smaller build volume like an Ender 3 V2 (Bowden) or an Artillery Genius Pro (Direct Drive). Be ready to tinker with a Creality machine although quality right out the box is decent. I recommend a CR TOUCH or BL TOUCH (Auto bed leveling) and maybe a second lead screw for the z axis on the Ender 3 Max (althought the printer works fine without it) it will make your prints even cleaner. Lastly buy a 16x16x2" concrete paver and some felt furniture pads at Lowes (Less then 10 dollars USD) put 4-8 felt pads on the bottom of the paver then seat your printer on top of the paver. This makes it's quieter and increases print quality. Overall a great printer that you will end up tinkering with but this build volume for 300USD is excellent.
