Works just like it says on the box ...
It's so nice to get a product that just works straight out of the box just like the blurb said it would. For a Bluetooth device with only one button, and connecting to a car stereo with a terse user interface, it was a breeze to set up.The Kokkia i10 worked on all of my dock-connector-equipped iPods with the exception of my (old) iPod Photo (4th Gen). To be fair though, Kokkia didn't list the 4th Gen iPod Photo as a supported device so I wasn't really surprised when it didn't work. The only "problem" I had with the i10 was that the Bluetooth adaptor would not always "wake up" with the iPod when it came out of sleep mode. The only way to get the i10 to wake up when this happened was by unplugging the i10 from the iPod and plugging it back in. A minor inconvenience at worst and perhaps a problem specific to my ageing iPod and it's well-worn dock connector. This product is great value for money, especially compared to the original-equipment solution that the car dealership offered which was three times the price. Recommended.

it works fine, but getting there is painful
It just doesn't program properly. I can get it to work with two devices, but it takes an INCREDIBLE amount of trial-and-error, random fooling around, and when I'm done I have no idea what actually make it work. The documentation "leaves a lot to be desired." IF you can get it to work, it works fine, but getting there is painful. Very, very sad. Save yourself some pain -- look elsewhere.

After 2 hours of frustration, it works
I have an iPod 80G I’ve been using in the docking bay, which allows the remote control to work. It would be great if the unit could work through the docking port, but it doesn’t. I was about 25 seconds away from giving up and getting a refund, when it finally snapped on through some powered JBL speaks. Sound quality is equivalent to what I was getting through a cable or blue toothed through a Jawbone, maybe even a little better. I don’t doubt other reviews that aren’t as positive as my experience, I’m just reporting mine. Good luck with any future buyers, and just keep patient. After all, we’re talking Apple, here. (would have been 5 stars without the pain it was to get to connect)

Awesome!
This is an absolutely awesome device! I had no problem pairing it to my Motorola S305 headset. As for distance I left my iPod Nano 6th generation in one room and walked to the other side of the house and it didn't miss a beat. I had tried a Rocketfish adapter and immediately took it back. The Rocketfish would not keep a connection when I moved. The Kokkia is a very solid product. I can control the iPod from the controls on my headset as well. It is small enough that it does not cover the headset port, meaning I can still listen to the FM radio through the bluetooth while the wired headset is plugged in. I know seems a little silly but the bluetooth headset is much more comfortable than the wired headset, and since I can move around I can leave the iPod on my desk.

Amazing Little Device
I bought this product to work with my 160GB Ipod ( I think 7th generation Ipod, It is the newest one available) and I'm pairing it with my new Rocketfish Bluetooth High-Definition Stereo Headphones for Most Bluetooth-Enabled Devices Black RF-MAB2. Pairing became very easy after I found out that I should hold down the pairing button on my headphones until the light began flashing blue and red. The device remembers my headphones most of the time. I have found that if I turn on my headphones first and insert the device into the ipod immediately after then I dont have any problems. I have also paired this device with my Belkin F8Z492-PBluetooth Music Receiver which is plugged into my Griffin Ipod Speaker Dock. All I have to do is push the button on the Kokkia device and it pairs up after about 5 to 6 seconds. I would recommend this device as it works magic for me.

It is okay
1. It does not work with my iPOD Video or Classic2. Sound intermittent when I move my wrist. In other words, little bit of blockage stops the signal.3. Overall sound quality is good.4. Small size is positive
