my mother used something like this
I laughed when I bought them. Oh No! Turning into my mother. They are great. They seem to be sturdy and fix over bowls, dishes easily. I do NOT use them in the micro just the refrig. Would recommend and buy again.

Really handy!
We love these! We call them shower caps. Hardly ever use "saran wrap " any longer. They wrap around whatever size dish, cup, or bowl that you have so easily if you can't find or don't have a lid for. They are washable but we only re-use once or twice.

Who would've thought
I bought a pack and shared it with friends. They don't last forever, but last long enough. Easy to wash and hang out to dry. So many uses and makes me feel better that I don't need new plastic all the time.
