Why does this product contain theobroma cacao and titanium dioxide?

Found this while googling titanium dioxide --as I had been alerted to avoid it in sunscreen.
"Evidence suggests that some nanoparticles may induce toxic effects in your brain and cause nerve damage, and some may also be carcinogenic. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classifies titanium dioxide as a Group 2B carcinogen, which means it's "possibly carcinogenic to humans." Jan 20, 2016

What Is the difference between the pet version and the human version?  Could I use the people version for both me and my cat?

The products don’t say what the Ph is for the people version or the pet version. However, dog skin has a more neutral Ph than human skin. Human skin is around 5.5 and dog skin is 6.5 to 7.5. Maybe the Ph is more acidic for the people version and would be slightly irritating to a dog. Since water is a Ph of 7, I imagine the pet version would be safe for people even if it is formulated specially for a dog’s more neutral skin.

Will this work on a hairless cat, she has a skin lesion under her four arm, over 300 dollars on meds its still not healing..

I would definitely give it a shot! I use it on all types of skin problems on my dog and it works miracles. My sister used it on her boxer who had mange and it totally helped.
