Sweet Surprises (A Home Sweet Home Novel) Mass Market Paperback – July 26, 2016

Filling in for her grandfather in the family chocolate store and trying desperately to find the "touch" to make perfect fudge and go find acceptance from a mother who is a perfectionist. While this need to be perfect, she finds being herself is all she needs. A very heart warming story.

Rich characters with backbone and family values make this novel an intriguing part of the series. I do wonder why Brenna's grandfather didn't show her how to make the family recipe for fudge. Making fudge can be a daunting task even if you've made it many times. And the thought that because she was family and should have the skill for making fudge is just moronic.

Have read Shirley McCoy books before but lost track of her. Glad I have found her again. I am sure I will be reading more by her.

This was an enjoyable book. Everyone ought to meet a man like "River". Who knew fudge-making was so time-consuming. I couldn't put the book down. I love stories of hometowns and the people that live there. Shirley McCoy has become one of my favorite authors.

I just enjoyed the story especially when she couldn't make the famous fudge recipe until. I have enjoyed book 1 and 2. Ready for Willow's story.

This was a good little book. Nice effort adding unique situations/characters into the story line. Doing so made the story a little less predictable. It would have been nice to have some deeper character development; however, as I stated, this was a nice read.

Enjoyed it as much as the 1st book in the series. Cannot wait until the following book comes out from this series.

I enjoyed it, until the ending. Way too many loose ends. Left me feeling like... what happened next.

A most enjoy able novel That leaves YOU wanting more. I hope we Will SEE follow-ups.Author is to be congratulated and encouraged.
