My expectations for this book were way out. The book was intended for my young grandson and I was hoping for an unabridged story with illustrations to help maintain the thread of the story, this comes nowhere close.

It should be made more apparent to purchasers that this is NOT the full text Jack London classic, but an emasculated severely reduced and altered kids version with pictures
