Worked perfectly
My water dispenser in the refrigerator has frozen a couple times lately. First time I was able to thaw it with a hair dryer, second time I called an appliance company and it was costly. Just bought this tool and worked perfectly the first time, within a few minutes. Super easy to use and cost effective. Highly recommend.

Didn’t have the luck like others
I got this item because the reviews sounded like it would be the trick. I did it 3 or 4 times and did not fix the problem, but now continues to drip.😥 I’m thinking we may have to call someone in to look at it. Each day it seems to give me about 2” of water but then it’s just trickle after that . So fed up with this!
