Bitter taste
Disappointed with the bitter taste ... and although "rated" for higher temps ... was really disappointed in off-gassing at same temps as other oils. Yes, used olive oil but realized taste was not helping cooked meat taste. Grew up on corn oils and trying to refine cooking but this oil will be placed on the shelf only as a forever back-up (if ever)
