It arrived a day ahead of time (I used regular shipping and if you know anything about shipping to Hawaii, 90% of things are delayed.)I initially got this kit just to try a few things to help alleviate some pain. I honestly didn't expect most of these things to work despite the reviews, but decided to try it anyway. Glad I did!The round ball feels surprisingly awesome after walking and being on my feet all day. Even my boyfriend, who doesn't have plantar fasciitis, likes using the ball to help his foot pain.The neoprene compression sock is an ok product. I was hoping it had more padding like the silicone socks did, but it's not a bad product.The silicone socks feel amazing. They are about 1/8inch thick and gives a really nice cushion when walking. I did notice that my pair would tend to move back on my heels when I walked on the "fuzzy" carpet, but stayed in place on my hard wood floors. Unfortunately, they started splitting on the top part of my foot after only 1.5 days. But this is where the amazing customer service comes in!I received an email from the company for a review the day after they shipped the product. After the gel sock started to split, I emailed them addressing the issue, attached a picture, and asking for a replacement pair (I did not want to return the kit since I was happy with everything else and didn't want to deal with any shipping issues that could pop up). I received an email back within a few hours with a code to use to get my replacement pair. I just ordered it and had to pay for shipping, but I am very happy they didn't just blow me off.I am now in communication with them to prevent the same thing from happening with my new pair. Will try to remember to post what they say to help everyone with their product.*UPDATE: the gel socks are supposed be used under a sock or in a shoe. Basically with something to protect it from direct contact with any surface (including carpet, tile or wood floors)

I love these! I bought these as last resort and prayed they would help. Lately I've had sharp pain in the bottom of my heel. It hurts to stand for even 5 minutes or to walk a long time or even just laying down.As soon as they arrived I put them on right away and I swear, it feels like walking on gummy bears.They also smell amazing. whatever powder that is, I need!! I wear these with flats, even sandals and in my work out shows.The only downside is I have a really high arch. So after a long period of time wearing them, they start to hurt my arch. Usually only when I wear the slip or comes it. Either way they really help relieve the pain.Also, I wasn't paid of given these for free.. Idk how you all get free stuff for reviews but I'd like to join!

The pain in my feet has become so intense that by the time 5 p.m. rolls around, I can barely walk. Aspirin, Ibuprofen, etc., don't seem to help much. I have tried some of the various products that purport to provide relief for foot pain but to no avail. I purchased this on a whim and in a bit of a frenzy the other day when the pain had become nearly intolerable and rendered me essentially immobile, even to such a degree that I could not sleep. For me, the best item has been the gel foot wraps. The fabric ones are entirely too tight and while they helped in the short term, I had to take them off after about an hour or two. I've had the gel wraps on for an entire day and by now would have been experiencing intense pain, but... my feet are fine. Obviously, I'm very pleased. While I don't expect it to last - it seems to me to be a short-term fix to a long-term problem that will eventually drive to see a physician, which I'm loathe to do, but for now, it's great. The spiky ball thing is nice as well but my cats are getting more use of that than I am. One cat in particular is fixated on it. Maybe he is experiencing paw pain... although not likely I guess. He chases everything that rolls. Anyway, that's not the point... the point is that this product relieved my foot pain, which is great. Also: cat toy.

I recently developed plantar faciitis that's what this was bought for. Several problems:1) the "Therapy wrap" is not actually a wrap, it is a sleeve that has no compression. It's only purpose I think is to cover the gel sleeve2) The massage ball can be heated or frozen. Heated it stays warm for about 1 minute before returning to room temp. Frozen you can't even tell it's cold. Also, although this part is no fault to the seller, the ball is hard as a rock with no pliability just FYI.3) Finally, I wore the "compression" gel sleeve that has very little compression for 6 hrs at work, at a sit down job (no walking around, no standing). It snapped in half first real use! And I don't have huge feet or anything (size 9 women).So a wrap that isn't a wrap, a massage ball that doesn't get hot cold and is hard as can be, and a compression gel sleeve that breaks first use with little to no compression.

I have recently started having Plantar Fasciitis pains. I first noticed something was off because every morning upon waking up, I get out of bed and my feet shoot into horrid pains.I started looking into hopeful ways of reducing some of the pain, and I came across this 5 piece set. I love the jelly sleeves, they feel like your walking on jello :) They are super comfortable and stretchy and seem of great quality. They are pretty thick compared to others I have seen online. But the more the better to reduce shock. It also come with holes on the sides for ventilation thankfully. That was a bigger selling point for me, I can't stand it when my feet can't breath. Upon unpacking, they do have a strong smell, but it will quickly dissipate. Based on other reviewers opinions, I actually like the smell, kind of lemony. I do wish the sleeves covered to half of your foot, they seem a bit short to work too effectively.I don't care for the neoprene sleeve at all. I feel like it does nothing for the pain what so ever, I pretty much only use them now to protect the jelly sleeves from getting dirty.The porcupine ball is quite nice after a long work day. Provides a nice little massage to my aching feet, especially when I can't get the boyfriend to do it, lol!

The Product is great, it does what it says it does, and improvements have been seen, even though ive only this product for a couple of days, but more than that i think i am most impressed with their customer service and their dedication to their customers, i got a couple of follow up emails from the seller just checking up to see if the product was to my liking and that if it arrived properly and completely without anything missing and to let them know if i am satisfied with it, that to me is quality customer service and its definitely secured my business, so thank you DR JK and amazon.

Analizziamolo assieme...Confezione (voto 7): il kit è composto da 5 pezzi. Una sorta di “tutor” (passatemi il termine in quanto per tutor ortopedico si intende qualcosa di più “invasivo”) in materiale sintetico (2 pezzi ovviamente) molto aderente per dare una compressione all'area dolorante. La seconda componente del kit è una protezione per il solo tallone (sempre 2 pezzi) in gel morbidissimo. L'ultimo componente del kit è una pallina in plastica piuttosto rigida; sembra quasi un riccio con tante punte. Serve per il massaggio del tallone e della zona sotto-plantare.Qualità costruttiva (voto 7): I materiali sono molto buoni. Il “tutor” è in materiale tecnico nero con cuciture nere e rivestimento interno rosso; il protettore del tallone in gel è, invece, elasticissimo e morbido. La pallina è semplicemente in plastica rigida e così deve essere per dare un massaggio approfondito.Alla prova dei fatti (voto 7): il “tutor” si può indossare anche con i calzini. La sua forma è fatta per dare la giusta compressione (la definirei differenziata a seconda delle cuciture) alla zona del tallone e parzialmente alla fascia plantare. E' in stoffa traspirante. La compressione serve a tenere la zona dolente protetta. A differenza di questo componente, la protezione in gel bianco opalescente è di tipo “shock absorb”, ovvero è un attenuatore di urti. Serve ad impedire ulteriori traumi al piede dolente ed è di una elasticità assoluta. La traspirazione, in questo caso, è demandata a dei fori nel gel siliconico bianco. La pallina serve al massaggio sottoplantare e del tallone. All'inizio può intimorire la sua rigidità, ma, poi, si capisce come utilizzare la pallina agevolmente facendola scorrere sotto il piede.Pro:- morbidissimo proteggi caviglia/tallone in gel siliconico molto elastico;- “tutor” caviglia/tallone in tessuto tecnico a cuciture molto contenitivo e robusto;- pallina per massaggio sotto il tallone molto efficace (ma a turni di massaggio di 15 secondi circa);Contro:- nulla da evidenziare.Concludendo direi che è un valido kit per il tallone. Il kit è consigliato dal produttore anche per il problema alla fascia plantare (quella che lega il tallone alle dita nella parte inferiore del piede) per via della pallina. Io consiglio un altro kit per questo problema specifico dello stesso produttore con un sorreggi zona plantare imbottita che qui non è presente nel kit. Having suffered with plantar fasciitis for so long and with no relief at all I bout this tongue in cheek, it was a good price and well I was desperate.I can't have owned this more than a month, I am maybe the luckiest person in the world but I no longer dread putting my feet on the floor in the morning. I no long wince in pain. I no longer make excuses for not going out.I no longer suffer plantar fasciitis either.I use this little magic ball every day in the evening and last thing at night. I occasionally wear the socks or the silicone socks if I am running around barefoot, something I couldn't do a month ago.I am not saying this is a must buy or a miracle for everyone what I am saying is it has been for me, it's has changed my life no more tears, no more pain, no more fear. Who knew.The only downside to this product is that I didn't buy it years ago.

Thanks to this product I can actually walk again after three weeks of using product. The swelling is down and thou I still have some pain I know its getting less as the weeks go by. I only wore the neoprene one once so far and it was a bit tight after an hour of walking but it didnt move around. Though I found the stitching worn more then so expected if I would to wear it every day it wouldn’t last long, but it could be from where the stitching in the shoe is that could be making it wear, I cant tell.The silicon one I love even though I have to keep adjusting it through the day, as it seems to slid backwards off heel. But Thinking about how swollen my foot was before it might be just slightly stretched out causing the movement. I should have used one for when foots swollen and the other when it wasn't. In any case without it I couldn't walk I was using a crutch when I found them here. I dint regret the purchase at all. I have been off crutches for weeks and even walk around the hour a bit without it. I can hardly believe how much difference it makes. Four stars over all 3 for comfort only because I have adjust it. And Though its priced well Im off work and less is always better as well as the stitching that worn so fast after an hour on the neoprene.

I love the gel pad, which provides support and instant relief from the horrid pain of plantar fasciitis. I wear mine morning to night and forget I've got it on. The blue ball is useful for massaging the under part of my foot when I'm sat down and does add to the pain relief function of this pack. I haven't yet worn the cloth foot support, partly because i haven't yet needed to, but also because I'm unsure of its function to be honest.
