Good headset but not the best
Good headset but not the best. It started giving me headaches after 20-30 minutes because the picture is never really in great focus. If you have bad eyes or get vertigo I would suggest staying away. If you are just looking to try VR for the first time and don't want to spend too much this is a good choice.

I bought this VR Headset to use as FPV for my DJI Phantom 3 Advanced drone. Seeing as my next best option was a pair of Fatshark HDMI goggles for $180, $21 was a good investment to see what this VR thing while flying my drone is all about. The IDEA of this headset is awesome. . .adjustable width of the eyepieces to compensate for the width between pupils, the "cellphone plane" adjusts in and out (not enough adjustment) for focus and the strap for the head is a good idea. In PRACTICE, the eyepieces weren't installed correctly. . .they're not the same distance from center. . like they skipped a few gear teeth when they assembled it so there's minimal adjustment. The headstrap is really slippery so it tends to ride up on your head when tight. The cell phone holder inside is again, a good idea, but it clamps down on the sides of the phone thus depressing my volume button and my power button, which caused my phone to reboot into safe mode when I first installed it!! (a pair of toothpicks taped next to my phones buttons at least let me test this thing out). THEN I tried to connect the cable to my phones charger port. . .the slot in the side of the headset wouldn't quite allow that so the phone had to be off center which made the left side of the screen out of focus. . .Again, I'm sure this is way better than the Goggle Cardboard VR headset just to try out VR/FPV and I could probably fix all these issues with a Moto-Tool and some disassembly, but I think I'm going to return these and try another brand and see how it stacks up. Otherwise, I may just re-order these and make the necessary adjustments and void my warranty. . .will follow-up with results!

The clips that secure the phone (S6 Edge+) would squeeze my volume and lock buttons, the lenses only move sideways and get off track easily, the openings on the sides also allow a shocking amount of light in that ruins the entire effect. I had to hot glue cork board on the inside to stop the light from coming it. It was moderately comfortable, but very ineffective with poor design.

Works fine but my biggest con is that the head strap IS NOT ADJUSTABLE!!! It would have been nice if this was disclosed in the product description. Thinking about returning it.

VR for cheap
Headset is good, not much I can say about it after owning PSVR, so get it if you want something simple. It will work better with bigger phones.

Doesn't work with Samsung Galaxy S6
I've tried it numerous times, with multiple apps. It just doesn't work for me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6, so maybe my phone is incompatible with it. Who knows? I'm bummed because I read such great reviews on it, and I was totally looking forward to using it, but it just doesn't work for me. It might work with other phones, but not with mine.
