Our Original Dandy Blend is made from dandelion roots, chicory roots, sugar beet roots, barley, and rye. All five plant ingredients in Original Dandy Blend are sourced in Poland where no GMO crops are allowed. Organic Dandy Blend is made from a water extract of organic dandelion roots, organic chicory roots, organic barley, and organic rye. There are no sugar beetroots in Organic Dandy Blend. All Organic Dandy Blend plants are also grown on Polish farms where GMO crops are not allowed by law. We offer both Original Dandy Blend and Organic Dandy Blend. All of our products are gluten free, kosher, vegan, and vegetarian. We use just plants and nothing else in the creation of our products. They are then combined in the proper proportions, and allowed to steep in a hot-water filled vat. 3. The water, and the water-soluble portions of the ingredients, is drained off leaving behind the grounds. 4. The grounds with all the water-insoluble substances, are composted. The gluten proteins do not dissolve in water and remain in the grounds which are composted. 5. The water extract is spray dried. The resulting powder is Dandy Blend.
