One of the worst written books I have tried to read in a long time. Grammar issues aside, there is nothing in this book that thirty minutes online looking at articles can't give you.This read like someone who wasn't familiar with the English language. One sentence in the first few pages read; "The house that is built using shipping containers is referred to Shipping Container Homes." That is just one of many. I didn't even finish the book. Scanned through it to see if there was any useful information anywhere in it. When I got to foundations, I stopped bothering. The author would like you to know that to lay a cement foundation you will have to dig a lot. Yet in the next paragraph, all three sentences of it, that a cement foundation is quick and easy. I've done a lot of construction, digging is not what I would call quick or easy. Even with a Bobcat you wind up using a hand shovel a great deal.On sizes, he would like you to know that if you want more space, you can add more containers. This will cost you more money though. Like the reader thought it was buy one, get as many as I want for free after that?The last page says you are now equipped with everything you need to know to build a shipping container home. You are far from equipped for it. This shows one picture of the wiring. Nothing on plumbing, welding, cutting, septic or heat and A/C installation. It might make mention of it somewhere in it. If it does, it doesn't go into depth or show how it is done.This is the shipping container version of, "See Dick Run."

Have you ever bought an item imported from China with an instruction manual straight from Google Translate? That's how this reads. Very superficial information and barely understandable writing. Don't waste your money. The 3.5 star rating has got to be the result of family members shilling for the author.

Are you kidding? Small booklet about maybe 20 pages, not worth 9 bucks! If he listed the amount of pages I wouldn’t have bothered

If I could give negative stars it would be appropriate in the case of this book. If you read the brief description of the book that is the most you are going to get out of it so save your money and time. If this book has value to someone reading it.... YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS TRYING TO BUILD A CONTAINER HOME and you will probably hurt yourself. I suppose I'll use the book to shim up the uneven leg of the table I just received from some other "professional" ..... probably read a book written by this guy and thinks he is a furniture maker.

This "book" is a total waste of money. The writing is poor, and sounds as if English was their second language. The drawings looks as if they were done by a child, and the photos poor. I only gave it one star because I did not have the option of no stars or negative stars.

The writer clearly has no grasp of the English language, making it almost impossible to read. There was also limited information that could easily have been obtained from a quick google search instead of having to interpret this garbage.

Most poorly written book I've read in my life - learned virtually nothing, and the English was nothing short of atrocious.

While understanding this product is a printed E-book, the grammar appears to be a badly translated foreign language. The book is super elementary in nature. There are much better resources available.

According to the blurb- After reading this e-book, you should be equipped with all the necessary information about shipping container homes. No you will not be actually, this book is almost identical copy of number of the similar books on container homes. This and other similar very short books don't give you any more information about building your container home than if you sat down for a coffee and wrote a short to do list. There are no plans or drawings of any kind apart from a few photos purchased from the Web. Totally useless. Don't waste even one cent on this book.

This was a very general treatment of a topic that needed details. Poorly written and without merit. Waste of money.

This book is a waste of money. Everything in this book is related to free information on the internet about shipping container homes. I personally do not recommend these series.
