Early observations:I like the treble (iem not yet burned in though). The treble sounds extended and detailed. The midrange is slightly recessed but not too distractingly so.The bass is beutifully bouncy and tautI have a number of KZ iems and this one has good seperation of instruments and a fair depth perspective.The above was ascertained while listening via a sony Xperia IV smartphone.I'll give it a fews days to bed in then I'll listen via my Dragonfly Blue and iFi hipster.Cracking value for money iems.

Los audífonos llegaron bien, todo parecía en orden, y por alrededor de un par de semanas, fueron los mejores IEMs del mundo, suenan bien, la verdad no soy un experto en frecuencias y no voy a venir a las reseñas de Amazon a pretender que lo soy, pero me explico:Si los estas considerando comprar es porque talvez sabes quién es Crinacle (sino, googlealo 10/10), y si lo conoces, sabes qué tipo de tunning le gusta, así que no esperes que el bajo te retumbe en las orejas, por ponerlo de una manera simple, el rap suena chido, pero nada más, para escuchar música casualmente en tu compu, mientras esperas el camión o estás en la escuela y no quieres que nadie te hable, hacen su trabajo, eso sí, aíslan bien el sonido exterior, no creo que sea buena idea usarlos en la calle porque te van a atropellar, o fíjate bien cuando cruces, va? No es que de plano no escuches nada, pero cualquier ruido que literal no sea un grito cerca de tu cabeza, vas a batallar para escucharlo, si lo tengo que poner en una escala del 1 al 10 la “cancelación de ruido” yo les daba un 7.5. El sonido está bien, al ser un audífono que literal va dentro de tu canal auditivo y no sobre él, se escuchan bien, el sonido no es cansado, pero en un volumen muy alto las “s” y las “t” las noté un poco molestas, pero nada que bajar el volumen no arregle, llegan a un volumen muy alto, así que cuando los conectes por primera vez, fíjate que no vayas a tener el volumen al 100. Como resumen de sonido, suenan mejor que cualquier audífono que venga con tu teléfono, incluso mejor que los earpods de apple (ojo, los earpods y los airpods no son la misma cosa, los airpods están en otra gama) así que considero en MI OPINIÓN PERSONAL que son un upgrade si actualmente usas audífonos “gratis”.Ahora. Mi problema con estos IEMs:Notarás que dije “por alrededor de un par de semanas” al principio de mi reseña, bueno, es porque los compré el 13 de mayo y para el 4 de junio hice mi devolución. Quiero pensar que fue un problema específico de mi unidad y no que todos los KZ x Crinacle CRN ZEX Pro se descomponen al cabo de unas semanas de uso continuo, yo los usaba como mi fuente de audio principal, no me gustan los “headphones” o audífonos de diadema, me resultan cansados y no me gusta que me suden las orejas, ya me sudan muchas cosas como para que aparte me suden las orejas, así que por lo regular uso “earphones”, venía usando unos audífonos de Xiaomi que compré hace años, Bullet Pro v3 o algo así, me duraron años, AÑOS, esos audífonos, así que eso te debe decir el cuidado que le doy a este tipo de objetillos tecnológicos, pon tú que de 365 días que tiene el año, yo los use unos 230 (aún hablo de mis Xiaomi) a un volumen que no me va a dejar sordo a los 40 y por periodos largos de tiempo, entre 6 y 12 horas, créeme querido desconocido, me dolió que se descompusieran esos audífonos, así que cuando llegó el momento de buscar un remplazo, usé varios que tenía en casa, uno earpods que tenía guardados por ahí (cómo de 7ma generación), unos Sony de mi hermano y unos JBL quantum o algo así que me regalaron, y la neta es que no me convenció ninguno, los Sony y los earpods sonaban “mejor” pero no era ese sonido penetrante, literal, que tienen los intraurales, era como si pusieras una bocinita cerca de tu oído y no como si la música estuviera dentro de tu cerebro, así que investigando en Youtube me topé con el género de los IEMs, y después de 3 larguísimas horas de ver y leer me topé con estas maravillas y jalé el gatillo, cuando los compré estaban por descuento del Hot Sale y salieron en $832.79 (pesos mexicanos, ajúa) por lo que fue una maldita ganga, o eso creí, porque al usarlos de la misma manera que a mis poderosísimos Xiaomi GODS, el audífono derecho comenzó a escucharse menos, y cada vez menos, hasta el punto en el que tuve que balancear el izquierdo al 30% de su volumen total para que sonaran lo más igual posible, es decir, el derecho perdió un 70% de su volumen total, EN DOS SEMANAS, por lo que aproveché que Amazon me dijo que si algo pasaba los podía devolver y que se los devuelvo y que me devuelven mi dinero completo (pro tip; pidan su devolución a su tarjeta, no al saldo de Amazon, luego no saben que comprar jaja) he leído por ahí en Reddit e incluso en reseñas de otros productos de KS y parece ser que si es un problema recurrente, no uno que se repita lo suficiente para que dañe su imagen, pero si lo suficiente para que yo te advierta que tal vez en dos semanas andes buscando unos IEMs nuevos, eso sin mencionar la “reciente” polémica porque resulta que no todos los drivers que tiene el audífono funcionan, solo son de adorno y no están conectados, desconozco si es el caso con este modelo puesto que solo trae un driver (controlador) pero en otros modelos se descubrió eso, ten cuidado querido desconocido.Te preguntarás porque escribí tanto pa’ decirte “se descompusieron después de dos semanas”, porque me gustaron los malditos, de verdad suenan bien y eran un gran remplazo y mejora sobre mis audífonos anteriores, yo de verdad tengo fe en que fue una situación de “una en mil” y que cuando compre otros en el futuro van a durar más, y que los que compres tú te van a durar años, pero debes tener en cuenta que a mí y a otra gente en internet nos pasó lo mismo, con este modelo y otros modelos de KS, al cabo de un mes, 6 meses o 10 días dejaron de funcionar de la manera tan maravillosa en que lo hacen, si los vas a comprar ES BAJO TU RESPONSABILIDAD Y RIESGO, yo ya te advertí.Suenan bien, pero dura más la Selección en el Mundial.

Lots of in-ear-monitors (IEMs) that I've owned sound great but get tiresome due to comfort issues, both sonically and physically. Besides sounding great, they fit me well ("Your mileage may vary"). If you like bass, you'll find these pleasing as it's ample and clean up into the mid- and upper-bass ranges without overshadowing the low midrange. If you want perfectly flat, these aren't for you. Overall, good range and bright highs without quickly fatiguing you. They surely "punch above their weight" given their performance, and I've spent way more for far less satisfying 'phones.

I like these better than my other KZ's. My ZS10 Pros are more U shaped with the treble being more boosted but lacking detail. My ZSX highs are a bit recessed for my liking. Although some reviews applaud the highs as "better" than the ZS10 Pros, I found them lacking in volume causing the soundstage to suffer. The ZEX Pro's lie somewhere in between. The treble has enough volume and superior detail to give you a good 3d soundstage. It sounds balanced and is an enjoyable experience.Comparing them to my TIN HiFi T2 Plus, I find the T2 Plus more detailed. Not by a wide margin but definitely noticeable. On the flip side, the ZEX Pro's fit my ears better. They feel solid and stay sealed in my ear for a long time. The T2 Plus on the other hand are finicky and always feel like they are slipping out. I can get a good seal at the start of a album, then as time passes, I start to notice the sound getting thin and distant. By the middle of the album, I'll have to reseat the T2 Plus. I've tried several different tips and sizes but haven't found ones that work well.Consequently, the ZEX Pro's are now my daily IEM drivers as I continue to hunt for tips that work better with the T2 Plus's.

A couple of months ago, there was a set I purchased called the CCA NRA which cost at the time £17.99. What is unusual, is these are a budget set with electrostatic drive units inside. I didn’t expect the moon on a stick, but I pretty much got it, they are so good that they are hard to take out of my ears. For my hearing, they sound excellent especially for the money. So, I thought I would try these because they are around twice the price, have electrostatic drive units, and are tuned by Crinacle from YouTube. His other efforts at collaborations have all been very good. Anyway these, on first listen, have an odd tuning, the bass sounded fairly deep into the sub bass territory, but more quiet than you want it. So it has the depth, or the capability, but it’s tuned so the volume of the bass is turned down, not much impact. On the other hand the treble has some of the most impressive detail but definitely borders on bright. I like bright sounding things, but with these, even the upper mids like the crack of a snare drum made me wince a few times. After 20 to 30 minutes I got used to the tuning and started quite liking the sound-this is often the case with anything new, the adjustment period, however, there is one glaring issue that you must take under advisement. The shape of the shell has a big bump or notch coming out of it that digs right into your ear, the way it sits, for me only on the right side, after 7 tracks became too painful to continue using, which is a shame because it would have made a nice addition to a small collection, given that it sounds different from most other sets I’ve tried. This might not be a problem for everyone though, the fact it was only really a problem on one side means everyone’s mileage may vary (I hate that phrase). So for me, instant discomfort leading to pain, means instant dismissal because there are plenty out there that don’t hurt, but with the free returns, take a punt and if they hurt you, then they could be sent back under the return policy. My advice though, buy the CCA NRA instead, it’s an amazing wee set. Hopefully this helps someone.
