Bearings break

Product is junk
They get 1 star because you can't score them lower than that. Purchased multiple sets to outfit 6 carts. All the bearings went out inside of 9 months, the carts carry less than 50 lbs at any given time. Gave the company the benefit of doubt and thought maybe it was a bad manufacturing run, so I decided to purchase another set, again outfitting 6 carts. This time all the bearings blew out in less than 4 months. Oh, and good luck trying to get in touch with the company and trying to get them to make it right, you'd have better luck getting attacked by a great white shark in the middle of the desert.
