Replacement for Life Fitness C9i exercise bike
Needed a replacement battery for my LifeCycle C9i. The display would not light up. This can happen with an old battery (like mine) or if you don't use the bike for a number of months (like mine). Replacement requires T20 and T30 Torx screwdrivers to remove the right side of the shell and one pedal. You will also need to remove the front two screws from the left side shell to allow access to the battery. You may also need a T30 socket if the pedal screws are hard to remove. You will need regular screwdriver to remove the battery screws and a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the battery connectors. Be sure to attach the red lead to the + terminal and the black lead to the - terminal.The replacement is straight forward, if you are handy and have the tools. If not, call a service tech.My original battery was a 0819-1006, but this is identical in configuration and works just fine. Same voltge and Ah rating.

Exactly what I needed.
Used to replace the battery in my Life Fitness 95 cycle. I did need to charge the batter with a 12 volt charger. But once it was fully charged, my trainer has worked like new.

Works for Life Fitness C9i bike
Panel on 20 year old Life Fitness C9i exercise bike went out. Needed to replace battery. Installed this one and bike is back to being the champ it is. Installation is just a little tricky due to where Life Fitness placed the battery. It did take 2 of us to place and hold it just right while installing. One person could probably do it, but easier with 2. Just put in so I am not sure about longevity.

Battery not hold a charge.
Battery is now at 2.964 volts and not holding a charge. Purchased in March 2025.

Works as advertised.
I needed this battery to replace one that stopped working in my stationary bike. The battery itself is 5 stars and lasts about 4 years (this is my second purchase). Installation was a bit of a nightmare, but that was due to the design of the bike, no fault of the battery.
