This is the best one I had so far. Great in meal, great in soup. Same taste as fresh broccoli. No need to waste time on fresh broccoli.

I live area where we rarely have fresh okra. This will do if you want that slippery soup.

Broccoli Powder | Freeze Dried | Whole Vegetable SuperfoodI have to admit broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables. Not only is it a powerhouse in the health department, it is delicious.So I went into trying this product knowing I like broccoli, but I also know that powdered vegetables can be awful. I first tried mixing the scoop with 4 oz of water. The product is a very fine powder, almost like powdered sugar, and it mixed smoothly with just a small amount of water.I was a little nervous at first. I mean that is a lot of punch for 4 oz of water. I was delightfully surprised that the product was MORE THAN palatable. There is no doubt that you are eating broccoli.Now the overall flavor of the product is somewhat bland. There are no overwhelming flavors and really just a broccoli aftertaste. It is certainly an easy way to get a half a cup of vegetables in a quick swig.If drinking it with water isn’t your thing, you can mix it with yogurt or smoothie. I mixed a cup of this powder into some strawberry yogurt. Gross, right? The powder mixed through the yogurt without any clumps and effectively turned the yogurt a green tint. Once again, I thought that this was going to be awful, but I was wrong. You really can’t even taste the powder in a yogurt.I’m probably like most people and DO like vegetables, but my busy schedule doesn’t always allow for me to get the recommended daily intake of veggies. This product is a fantastic way to help supplement your needs. You can easily put it in your morning yogurt, sports drink, smoothie, coffee, and you’re probably not even going to taste it. I highly recommend this product!

I was surprised at how light the jar is. The powder comes sealed. Refrigeration isn’t required. A scoop is a serving size. There is a small scoop included in the jar. I had to get a spoon to dig it out. There are 30 servings per jar.I had a bit of difficulty deciding how to use this. In the past, I’ve added spinach to eggs and pasta. As I was a bit wary of eating a Suessian creation right off the bat, I went for pasta. It turned out pretty well. It wasn’t exactly the same as the powder turned the pasta green. There are dark green specks of spinach that give it a more genuine and attractive appearance.4.5 – 5 STARS: The powder isn’t as versatile as fresh spinach, but I like that I don’t have to worry that the powder will go bad before I can use it all. The time clock on vegetables is one of the largest obstacles for me eating healthy. I look forward to experimenting more with the powder. Per the above suggestions, I’d like to try it in meatballs. And when I’m feeling brave, I’ll go for that green eggs and ham…and cheese scramble.

this product was not properly sealed. So I do not know if it was tampered with, and I cannot use the product. This product is not even available for return. I was excited to try this product. Half of the content was spilled out!

I wasn't aware that okra could be sold as a super fine powder, let alone any other vegetable. It sounded kinda neat, so I thought it would be interesting to try out.One jar is relatively small considering the price, but I suppose that it is the costs of a relatively niche product and potentially specialized process. It was packaged fairly nicely but was unfortunately insufficient as the protective seal was still broken, and the lid was slightly loose.The powder itself is faintly fragrant, with a nice and slightly sweet and green scent. It's a dull green color and powdered very finely. Taste is still very much of okra, but the form factor has muted some of its natural flavor. It does not exactly dissolve but disperses evenly when blended with my mix-ins, where the flavor is slightly noticeable, but the natural benefits are still likely present.I think these would also be pretty decent in a savory batter for something like scallion pancakes or okonomiyaki. The price is still pretty steep for what you get, but I think the novelty is worth trying at least once. Honestly, though, find another vegetable if you really need the benefits since I'm sure you'll find at least one that you actually like.
